It was great honestly the whole process was easy . Been using it happy with it waiting on results

I am just two weeks into the experience and haven't really seen anything major just yet, but am willing to keep trying for a full month. It is very pleasant feeling to wear the mask though.

Mask is really easy to apply and skin feels great afterwards. It remains to be seen whether there will be any visible difference after continued use, but I’m a happy customer so far.

I've just received my second order of masks. It's a person who have bought several kinds from different places the Chinology mask is the only one that makes a real and long-term difference. I didn't think it was possible but it really contour under my chin and the sides of my cheeks and thinned out my face. Product is excellent and definitely worth the cost. My daughter will be getting married and I was trying them out so I can look really good for the wedding. I have no worries that I will look my best in the pictures. I highly recommend.

What a scam this business is! I contacted this company immediately when I realized they charged me an extra $68 for a deceiving offer. The email was not answered for days, and when I finally received it they literally just replied that they could not issue a partial refund even though my card was charged two separate transactions!! Awful customer service and a scam from the beginning. Buyer beware!!

Complete scam! Extremely slow shipping, won't answer emails for days, ships from China, unknowingly signs you up for a subscription that you can't cancel because it keeps saying email not found. The product doesn't work.

I’ve been using these for 2 weeks now I do see a slight difference and will carry on using what I have but after reading reviews it has put me off ordering any more. I did have later delivery than first stated but will see how they go

The product is advertised with a “30-day money-back guarantee.” However, after requesting a refund within the 30-day window, I was informed that the guarantee applies only to defective products — not to dissatisfaction or lack of results.

This limitation was not clearly stated at the point of purchase. A reasonable consumer would interpret “money-back guarantee” as including satisfaction, but that is not how this policy is enforced.

I was initially offered partial credit, and then later told no refund would be issued at all. The inconsistency and lack of transparency were disappointing.

If you are purchasing under the assumption that you can return it if it doesn’t work for you, that is not the case unless the product is defective.

It’s still early days as I’ve only had this mask for two weeks so there is no change but I am remaining optimistic. The company said they would send me another mask so will review again in a few weeks and report on any changes. Honest review so far is that it feels comfortable to wear and has remained moist in its zip lock packet for the two weeks I have had it

Received quickly. Bought 1 packet, couldnt see any diffetence.

I receive it pretty fast and have only used the product once so far

This is a great product! Super simple to use and it fits into my life with ease. I'm looking forward to using the mask several more times, but am already seeing subtle results after using it twice. My only complaint is that shipping took quite awhile and I was antsy to receive it and get started!

This company is a total scam! I ordered two orders and in both orders there were missing masks, plus I was missing a $20 gift card that came in my order.

I requested help from customer service, the representative who helped me was “Gloria”. After a WHOLE month proving them that I didn’t get the $20 gift card and I was missing 5 masks total from my two orders, they told they processed my refund.
My refund never showed up so I told them so, their answer was that they never processed my refund even though they said they did.

This company is a total scam please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Their mask don’t work and they stink. They don’t answer you back for days. The person who helped me “Gloria” said one thing and then contradicted herself.

I have all the proofs about how they scammed me. First she tried to show me “her proofs” saying I ordered less masks than I did, that my order didn’t include a $20 gift card and a booklet.

I sent her my orders and showed her that my ordered included a total of 11 masks+booklet+$20 gift card.

She told me to wait until their team reviewed my proofs, after many emails she got back to me saying that the booklet was an online link (which she sent), the gift card was a discount code (which after several emails she never provided) and that my refund for the 5 missing masks was approved.

After not seeing my refund I got back to her after like 10 emails she answered me that my refund hasn’t been approved and that my order didn’t include a $20 gift card which it did (I showed her the proof and accepted that my order included one in a previous email).

This is a SCAM DON T BUY FROM THEM, if you have any issue the customer service just beat around the bush and stalling for time until you get tired and upset of their non responsiveness and lack of good business practice.

I have only used these 4 times and I think I can notice a slight difference and my skin always feels so soft after using, will continue using :)
