The cooling feel when the mask is put on is lovely and feels great. I used the mask for 7 days in a row, took a two day break since I forgot to pack it when I traveled, then resumed for another 3 days. I think I can see a difference but I wanted to give it a few weeks. I did take before pictures so I can't wait to compare. I do not have a double chin but I do have jowls that I want to tighten. Hoping I see even better results soon.

I've been using for one month and I see some improvement. I plan to keep using for 90 days for best result. Easy to use.

Very easy to wear, and works as claimed!

There was a delay in sending my order but I received great communication to advise and apologise for the delay. The product seems good and although only been using it a short time I can see an improvement.

I saw Chinology over and over again advertised on Facebook with a lot of positive reviews/comments - in hindsight - I should have checked the sources of these comments as many appeared to be fake Facebook profiles that were newly created.
What steered me to purchase from Chinology was their 30 day money back guarantee. I figured - if they’re that confident that their product will work then surely there’s got to be some legitimacy to this right? WRONG!
They DO NOT honour this and once you try to hold them to account to it, they stop replying to your emails.
I will be reporting to Trading Standards, submit a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority, and sharing my experience via all consumer protection platforms.

I tried this on a whim and was skeptical of social media posts. I've done about 4 uses now and, although there is no dramatic change, there is a slight difference. I keep it in the fridge (tip from another user) so it's at least cooling and soothing. What might be helpful is more consistent instructions (different pages/emails say once or twice a week). Definitely worth considering if you want to try something non-surgical, but I don't think it's the entire solution.

i like the product. i think it's working (too early to really tell). only negative feedback is it took a bit long for me to receive the product.

I am pleased with the product performance, cost, and ease of use! I have been using it for a few weeks and I can tell a difference already. I plan to continue using it.
