The first page looked normal enough. The cashier button hid behind the keyboard on my iphone se. I know delays happen, but the status text gave me nothing useful. case 8206 stayed open with no useful update — could be clearer.

I started with a small £70 test on the late train. Book of dead showed in search but opened as unavailable.
I refreshed twice, changed device, and the same problem stayed there.
Not a disaster, just a very poor account experience.
