Ordered a sweet wooden carving. Sadly never came . Should have known better as it was in Facebook as an advert. Avoid avoid avoid.

Be careful of these scam artists. I ordered a screwdriver set, they took payment quick enough but still (over 3 months), numerous BS excuses and dodgy emails informing me my order has been despatched, I've received nothing. I've learnt my lesson!

Exactly as all the other complaints say, I ordered a bra it took ages to be delivered and when it arrived it was too small, I contacted them and received an automated message asking me to look at their size chart and the y would send me another?? I have now emailed them 10 times with no response. Avoid this company at all costs they are rip off merchants

Ordered two items of underwear and they sent items 2 sizes too small. Did not reply to complaints so cannot return or get refund!

Omg so they removed my comment on their page as I stated it was piece of crap from China! 1 broke instanley I paid for 4!! Tried to warn others not buy as gift as it's embarrassingpiece of tat not even worth £1 😡😡there you go urlife you can't remove this comment!! I would give zero stars but not an option.

One star only because no option to give none. Despite their name the items come from China and when received, after a long delivery time, are a huge disappointment. Poorest quality. They simply ignore complaints. You’d be as well putting your money in the bin because that’s the only place suitable for the belts I bought.

very poor. Ordered product still not arrived. Everytime i send and email I get an automated response offering me £5 off for a damaged product.
Lesson learnt, never again.

Agree with Brian, not received my goods yet, must be stuck in the Suez Canal if it is coming from China. Bought the same item from an eBay company in London arrived within 5 days, item was also 4 times cheaper. This company are advertising everywhere but i would not order from them again. My advise is AVOID!!!

They are a Chinese company using a UK domain name. Goods take several weeks to arrive and are of poor quality.
They do not allow returns. They will allow you a 30% refund if you agree to keep the product
