Why haven’t I recieve my stuff of $900 I send an email no one respond

Terrible company, I ordered a shirt that never came it’s very hard to get in touch with them when I finally via email or DM took them weeks to respond just to find out it was out of stock they offered me a exchange but shipped it to wrong address in a different state & when I finally got in touch with them again after months they just kept telling me they shipped & that my orders was old even tho I sent screen shots of all the times I’ve reached out & the tracking number was for a another state they just stop responding horrible customer service do not recommend they are trash

They are scam make fakes

Ordered a shirt never shipped DM the instagram because they dnt respond to emails they told me the shirt was out of stock offered an exchange they shipped to a whole different state & stopped responding to me 1/10 would not recommend

Their ecommerce manager Zen Li (from china) , is a cat murderer. He was a brutally murdering and torturing cats and posting those on tiktok and telegram. Search his name on X. (Twitter) he has no place in our society. His next victims will be people.

Paid extra for express delivery which should've been 2-5 days and it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received them!

Emailed "customer service" which must've been the poorest experience I've ever had. They basically did not care about it being delayed and now stopped replying to my emails.

By far the worst customer experience I ever had. If you're so unprofessional then don't open up a freaking business. This is a joke..

I ordered product but I saw this review then contact them to cancel my order.
They reply with on worlds “why”,” jesus christ”.
Not professional at all.
Defiantly do not buy from this brand.

These motherfckers,

whatever you do DON'T buy from them.
I run a business in Japan,
I have bought from them maybe 7 times.
Each time there is something wrong
6 out of 7 items didn't have the Urkool tags on them
1 wasn't stitched right
and now an item arrived with a completely different tag
unbelievable.

They absolutely do not reply to inquires
Poor customer service
and worst of all the quality is garbage.
total trash.
I personally wouldn't even pay $10 for their shirts.

Awful experience. I ordered a jacket In small, I was sent the wrong size and the product was slightly damaged (button broken). I emailed them several times to arrange a return and have not received a response. DO NOT under any circumstances, purchase from these crooks!

Never Order from them,i ordered april 8th also paid for dhl express shipping and still haven’t received a tracking number or my package this is unacceptable They’re a bunch of bs

They informed me that they were out of stock. I cancelled the order.

It seems they were not able to cancel, and a few months later I received the item they said was not in stock.
When I contacted them to tell them that I no longer needed the item, they never responded.
I will never shop there again.

Shockingly terrible - Avoid at all costs

Item took over one month to arrive. Ordered a Small but was more like an extra large. Quality is that of cheap market clothing, paid £55 for an item that isn’t worth £10. Was told I cannot have an exchange or refund and they can’t help me Abu further

So far so good the varsity jacket I ordered came in the right size ... Just waiting on the pants When I was looking at other people reviews I was low key nervous but only thing I can say is the jacket didn't come in the time they said it was

If I could give it 0 starts then I would. It's been weeks for my order to get here but says can only return within 7days. I've been emailing and messaging on Instagram and still no nourishment acknowledgement

horrible brand, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sent me completely the wrong order and did not offer to change the order. crooks!!!!

Listen to the other reviewers. I didn't check reviews before and that was my downfall.
Took 3 weeks to arrive, customer service in updating me on the order was awful and clearly was just one person running it (he called me 'bro' as another reviewer said).
They sent me the completely wrong product and now I will have to return it. I am not anticipating this to be a smooth experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company sucks. They have no way to return. They never answer email and their products are inferior. Do yourself a favor DON’T order from them

They are shady brand! first, I got no tracking number, then I messaged them on IG and they gave me tracking number on command after 1 month since placed an order. 2nd, I got different item from what I ordered. I let them know then they answered that that was the new version and more expensive lol. Like other comments they're scammer absolutely no doubt! 3rd, poor packing service when I got my order it was just covered by a thin plastic bag and a hat I ordered was being creased and deformed I had no idea why would they package my order like that it was supposed to be in a box because it had a hat. And of course like others, they had no any tags on items at all! let them know again on IG about return and refund and have seen and no answers at all. Freaking unprofessional and unreliable. No return label as well. Never buy again. posted here to let everyone know never place an order from that fraudelant brand!
