I placed an order December 26 with the Canadian branch. When I followed up on January 4 as to where my order was they finally sent a note that their offices were closed until January 4 and no product would be shipped until Jan. 6 to 8. When the product still wasn’t shipped I followed up and they said it was shipped. They sent a tracking number that said a shipping label was prepared but no product was shipped. So I waited and wrote again. No reply. It looks like the courier they use is also as poor at customer service a this company. It said it was out for delivery yesterday. No parcel. Again today. No parcel. They do not answer emails after the first complaint. I will next address this with the credit card company if the product does not arrive. Do not do mail order with this company.
