I only have one star because I couldn’t give zero. I ordered a AC/DC anniversary bell which was 14 inches long in the picture.when it arrived it was a 4 inch long plastic piece of rubbish.dont order from them . It says they are based in USA but owned by a Chinese factory.
I ordered a lovely looking Tottenham Hotspur tankard from these people. It was a lovely looking item with gold gilt on it . When it arrived it was just a glass tankard with stickers on it, and some of them were lifting. I could have made it myself. Paypal refunded me.
Ordered items and never shipped out. When questioned, they said they had a delay. 2 weeks later I asked again and asked to cancel. They gave a 20% discount for next order and said the factory had a malfunction. I requested a refund. Instead, they replied with 20% off next order again. I raised a dispute with paypal and straight away, the shop replied saying its in final stages of production. Yet 3 hours earlier, said the factory malfunctioned. Complete lies. PayPal agreed and gave my money back within an hour of dispute. That's how sure PayPal was they were fraudulent as well.
