David was very friendly and helpful, but at the end of the day he produced slipcases that did not work for my books. I had asked for a sample box so I could be sure it would work, and was denied. The boxes were designed in a way that did not allow the books to slide in. After I explained this to him and asked him for help, he simply told me to keep ordering from him and did not offer me a refund. He said his company had never received feedback like this, but after reading through the reviews, it seems that others have also had this experience. It is a shame to have paid almost $500 for a product i cannot use, especially as I am a young mom working from home trying to start my business from the ground up. Please do not order from this company. While others have sought legal action against David, I do not have the means to do so, so my husband and I will have to face the financial consequences of David's poor conduct without recourse.

I worked closely with David through designing these advent calendar-type boxes, and they turned out beautifully! I had a design in mind and his design team helped me bring it to life (I have zero expertise in this area!). David was very patient with me as we iterated through the details of the design and specs of the box. After I placed my order, I received 100 of the boxes within 3 weeks. The price point is great for the quality and design work they did. David was super communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any custom box needs!

I placed a custom packaging order with Urgent Boxes over a month ago. Most of the order never arrived, and the few items that did show up were incorrect (wrong insert design/fit, unusable for events). I provided photos and detailed emails, but support relied on boilerplate terms instead of fixing the issue or issuing a refund.

After almost 1 month with no resolution, I filed a small-claims case, with a hearing scheduled for December 2025. I cannot recommend this company- especially if you’re on a deadline or need accuracy. Please do not order from here.
