Don’t order from Cherryzones

Don’t order from Cherryzones, it’s a scam. I ordered a stained glass sun catcher, advertised as stained glass/copper foil method which is what the photos show. I received a plastic cutout with a decal of a stained glass piece. I sent an email expressing my displeasure, they replied that the item was out of stock so they sent a ‘replacement’ and offered 10% off my next order. NO.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER - CHERRYZONES.COM

Sadly I didn’t do my research before placing an order from a FaceBook link “StarWars Fandom” ti purchase the BabyYoda Hat.
After doing some research I see many others have been scammed.
They use stolen images of the hat from LoveYourMelon and send an invalid tracking link.
Luckily I paid via PayPal.

This company is a scam ring

This company is a scam ring, claiming to be German, when in fact they are East Asian. They create shops with bizarre names and advertise on Facebook and Instagram. All of the product pictures have been stolen from legit Etsy shops. Their products are far from legit. You will either receive A) nothing, they keep your money. B) a much cheaper item as a “replacement” for what you ordered. C) a complete knockoff that wasn’t as described.

This company also has ties to SLN Holding.
Asking for a refund will get you nowhere. Trying to make a case with PayPal will require you to send the item back to Vietnam, which likely costs more than what you originally paid.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy from ads on Facebook.

SCAM ! AVOID

Ordered an item on April 14th. Never received . I opened a claim with Pay Pal and they started updating THEIR tracking page daily to show Pay Pal fake info from USPS. They can type what they want there .
The last update from (actual ) USPS website shows that they have been waiting for my item since April 25th . No more info since then .
I wonder how Pay Pal can be so blind , I am still waiting for a final decision and I’m very upset .

Scam! Company sells under multiple names. Do not purchase anything from them!

Ordered a gorgeous stained glass suncatcher for Trendy Gladys (actually Ureashi) through Paypal. Did not receive it for 2 months. Put in a claim with Paypal and 5 days before dispute resolution I received a cheap piece of printed plastic in the shape of a raven and it was broken. Paypal dismissed the dispute because it arrived. These people are scam artists. After some research, I found the same issues with multiple buyers with the company representing itself until multiple names.

Now operating under Cherry Zones / Cherryzones

Experiencing the same as others. I am sitting on a not shipped and/or not valid tracking number. Prepping for my dispute wit PayPal. I found their name when I found the PayPal charge. Then I started to research.

Not sure how PayPal vets and allows these vendors to just keep switching names and marching forth when the underlying business is the same. I have starting screen shorting my visits to the tracking number site and have screen shots of the website. The company now claims to be out of El Paso TX.

I ordered an 2 items and received a…

I ordered an 2 items and received a shipping confirmation and a tracking number from a Chinese carrier. The company lists from my home state in Michigan. Three weeks later I ask for info on my missing items to have them send me a new email saying your item is just been shipped with a new tracking number. Then they tell me it is in California, and will be there soon. Two weeks later its still "in California". I request a refund to which they tell me they have had to stop shipments due to Covid 19 and sterilize all items and they wont be adding that cost to my bill as a courtesy and that my item will be available to ship in 3-4 weeks. I am hugely confused because its already shipped twice and is currently in a mail carrier warehouse in California. Now they are just not answering my emails. Beware people.

SCAM

SCAM. I ordered and then attempted to cancel after doing some research and finding out that Stunning Stuffs was already in trouble with an original artist. Ureashi told me they couldn't cancel because the items were already shipped. Mind you, this was less than 24 hours after ordering during a global pandemic, so I told them their claim against cancellation was horse feathers. I had to ask PayPal to step in, and Ureashi gave an invalid tracking number, so I got a refund for one of the items, but get this, Ureashi emailed me to ask for my phone number to complete the order process! Call me crazy, but when I fill out the order and payment form on a company's website and they accept my payment.... that's a completed order, right? Also, if they don't think the order process is complete, and I've said I don't want their business... why can't they cancel and let go of my money? Fishy fishy.

Charm Section and Ureashi. 100% a scam. Do not order from them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered an item through Charm Section with no mention anywhere on the site that payments or orders would actually go through Ureashi. Despite requesting an immediate halt on the order after discovering these reviews, Ureashi proceeded to waffle and delay, eventually leading to the item being "shipped." The item however is listed as a preorder on their website, which to me means no item exists and therefore has not been shipped, meaning it should be easy to just cancel the order entirely. Despite that Ureashi continues to insist the item has shipped.

The tracking number they provided of course has no action on it and continues to say "no information available," and it has been around one month of it saying that. I have asked time and time again what the status of the order is and whether or not the item even exists yet, but I always receive the same canned response of the item having shipped, thank you, yada yada.

I opened a dispute with Paypal, however the dispute was resolved in Ureashi's case for whatever reason and I was not informed by paypal until it was too late to appeal the claim. Unfortunately it looks like I am out $40.

In short: DO NOT DEAL WITH UREASHI. DO NOT DEAL WITH CHARM SECTION. They are a scam through and through.

This company doesn't even worth a star

This company doesn't even worth a star. It's so bad, don't bother to buy. Sent plastic and its broken. Paypal doesn't even help to get the money back. Send the item back cost more than what it costs. Sellers are all so rude. and just wanted to have private emails to communicate. DO NOT BUY. YOU ENDED UP LOSING MORE MONEY.

Truly terrible company!

Truly terrible company!

I feel so responsible for putting my other half through all this stress! :( saw cute Galaxy Bat Plushies and with my birthday coming up I very unsubtly let him know I wanted them, he ordered them for me, got order confirmation etc. Few days later he receives an email saying very sorry but their warehouse on the docks had burnt down and they won't be able to complete the order and we can choose something else, shame but you can't plan for fires and at this point I'm sympathetic with the company suffering such a loss...for now! He sends back an email requesting a refund because there wasn't anything I wanted and he gets an obnoxious email back saying his order has been processed and can't be changed?...pardon? You just emailed to tell him your warehouse burnt down and you couldn't complete the order? He then sent back an email explaining what he had received and someone responded saying they were going to see if they had any stock to complete the order, ok slight hiccup but in the chaos of what was going on that was understandable. Few days pass and nothing so he decides to do a follow up email, no response, few days later he gets an email stating the order is by now complete and he has received the items ( no he hasn't! ) and can he give them a review, he gave them a review alright, a rather snotty review which was absolutely deserved and oddly didn't show up on the website, wonder why?! He then contacted his bank and told them to cancel the payment he was done with this by now and the bank told him no he'd have to go through PayPal as they're the ones who took payment, he then raises a complaint with PayPal only for the company to tell PayPal the items were shipped from China to Royal Mail in 4 hours ( which unless they have Royal Mail in China I'm pretty sure isn't gonna happen but who knows maybe they do have Royal Mail there ) and they were now with Royal Mail so the order cannot be cancelled and the money can't be refunded so he now has to wait until the 24th and if the products ( which at this point I doubt even exist! ) don't arrive he can escalate the claim. Are you for real?! You take money for a product claim a warehouse has burnt down, get snotty when the customer requests a refund for an order you cannot fulfill, ghost them, send them an email for a review and then tell PayPal "oh, that persons items are in the post" disgusting 1* is too good for them just stay away! And be wary of 3rd party websites that advertise their products.

Terrible Knock-off Products! Stay Away!

Do not order anything from this company! They offer only cheap knock-off garbage products. I ordered some goofy cat socks and paid with PayPal. It took several attempts via the PayPal resolution center to get the product to actually ship, and when it finally arrived 3 months later, it was an obvious cheap knock off. I found the same socks on Amazon, ordered them, and when they arrived (normal Amazon time!), I was able to confirm how awful the knock-off attempts was. Cheap stitching, poor design, on paper-thin child sized socks, whereas the socks from Amazon are normal adult-sized socks (as advertised), thicker, and the design was not blurred. PayPal determined that I should be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the garbage knock-off socks. I couldn't find a shipping option less than $15 to the address provided (Singapore), and the initial transaction amount was $24.90 (2 pairs), thus resulting in a total refund of less than $10. I chose to not bother with the hassle of returning garbage for less than a $10 refund, and am still pestering PayPal.
