I purchased the honey bee sun catcher

I purchased the honey bee sun catcher. After a month of not receiving my item and them telling me “please just wait a little longer” I filed with PayPal. Magically, I then received my item two weeks later. It was nothing like the photo. A cheap piece of plastic that wasn’t even see through and had details drawn on with marker. I have emailed the seller to which they told me it was the item that was advertised but they’re all hand made and unique and won’t give me a refund. I tried to file another dispute with PayPal. It was closed immediately stating this purchase isn’t qualified for their refund protection. This company is clearly a scam.

ZERO STARS!!!

**ZERO STARS!!!! *** Update: PayPal dispute closed in my favor with full refund from PayPal. Scammer wanted me to return item At My Cost to Vietnam. USPS Quote for return shipping was more than $68!!! (Update: Just received Plastic item instead of the advertised glass.)Scammed by one of their many Fake companies, Beatrix Zone, for a queen bee suncatcher for $34.94. Fraudulently presented themselves as US based company. I have received multiple emails of "canned" excuses. Filed a claim with PayPal. Coincidentally, after filing my PayPal claim, they sent a 2nd tracking number the next day😮
If I do ever receive anything, I bet it will be a cheap plastic item instead of the advertised glass item. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!

Wish these reviews were around 2 months…

Wish these reviews were around 2 months ago. I just received my "bratz set" except it's a cheap, poorly made black adidas set. Opened a dispute, company swear it's the same one I ordered and then said "they're hand made so there may be slight differences." They're nothing but scammers.

SCAM

Would give fewer stars if possible. I purchased earrings that when they finally showed up were not what I ordered. Contacted the company for a refund and they said the earrings I ordered weren't available so they sent me a different pair. Advised I did not want this pair so they said they would refund me once they received them back and gave a Singapore address to return them to. Shipping to Singapore would cost more than the original purchase price. Filed a claim with PayPal. Still fighting for my money back. SCAM!! Do not buy from here!

Honeybee suncatcher from Beatrix Zone

Like literally everybody else, I got scammed. I purchased the honeybee suncatcher through the Beatrix Zone storefront advertised on Facebook. The item of course was never sent, I contacted customer support who apologized and gave me another shipping date, and it was not sent again.

I urge anyone reading this to file a dispute with PayPal or your payment service of choice, and get these scamming d-bags shut down for good. You would think Facebook might vet their advertisers, but apparently spending 30 seconds to Google reviews of a no-name foreign company is too much to ask.

Honey Bee Suncatcher SCAM

I am like many others. I ordered the honey bee sun catcher in December and have been ghosted by the company. After numerous emails, now the emails are undeliverable. I've been scammed, too. I have opened a claim with PayPal, but they don't move quickly. I agree with others that Facebook should investigate this as well.

Beatrixzone honeybee suncatcher

Ordered honeybee suncatcher from Beatrixzone.com on 12-27-20. Immediately received receipt via email from Paypal showing paid to Ureashi Ltd. Got an email confirming my order and it listed an order number. Then no more updates. I went through Beatrixzone website and sent inquiry. Response was they couldn't make the item fast enough, so they had to upgrade their factory. Next response was they were 'chasing my order'. Next one was please be patient while we work with the shipping company, so on and so forth. I asked where the item was being shipped from twice and they repied with a generic please be patient but never answered where it was coming from. I also requested they cancel my order at least 3 times and refund my money. The reply each time was i needed to be patient, my order was being manufactured and they couldn't refund my money. I filed a dispute through my credit card company and they credit card company issued a credit to me. The item was supposed to be shipped today, so i went to look up on Beatrixzone.com and the website has been taken down. If i do actually get the item, which i highly doubt will ever show up, it will be refused, unopened and returned to sender. Total scammers

Same experience as most here. Utter scam. The product received was a photo of the real thing poorly screen-printed on some jagged and damaged plastic. Product purchased through Lajoie Stores.
