As someone from a competitive sports background, I’ve always enjoyed sharing my experience through content, but turning ideas into consistent, high-quality videos wasn’t easy at first.

Working with Daksh changed that. I initially had doubts about the process, but the support with editing, research, and content planning made a big difference. The structured approach helped me communicate my knowledge more clearly and connect better with people interested in sports and training.

Using their workflow, especially the way projects were organized through Frame, made recording and producing content much more efficient. We’ve been able to create more videos without compromising on quality, and the growth and engagement on my page have noticeably improved.

If you’re serious about building your content brand over the long term and want a team that understands strategy as much as execution, I’d definitely recommend working with Daksh.

Where to begin with all the issues. The website itself was made in 2025 and any research with available tools, who owns it and runs it, where are they located, all of that is a "secret". Research will help you stay away from them.
Wish I did in depth analysis before I lost $250 as they refused to refund the money. Initial deposit $100 via PayPal and thankfully PayPal actually closed the case in my favor. These people lost the case and that money was refunded to me thanks to PayPal. Second deposit was $250 and it was in cripto, that was lost forever.

Email extension does not match the company name. No other contact information or business address is provided. Suspicious way of communication. Red flags everywhere. I went through it so you do not have to.

I run a youtube channel, that is why they approached me. I am a published author, a coach and a healthcare professional for 20 years now, no secrets here, all in public domain. These people, I challenge you to find any information on them.

Their promise was strategy, planning, research, scripting, editing, posting, analysis. They created 3 thumbnails of a very poor quality. Rude, unprofessional, at one point aggressive. Then when refund was asked for, just disappeared.

Stay AWAY do not risk one dollar/euro with these people.
P.S. the response by this company to my review as well will tell you everything you need to know. Like I said, I am a seasoned professional leaving my experience here, wanting protection from TrustPilot and you try and find ANY information on these "urbnpuls" people.

I never really thought much about content before because most of my work came through word of mouth and repeat customers. People kept telling me to be more active online but every time I tried it felt awkward and honestly a bit forced.

Working with Daksh happened kind of randomly as he approached us via email and I wasn’t expecting much in the beginning. What I liked was that it didn’t feel like someone trying to change my style or turn everything into marketing language. The ideas felt close to how I actually talk and work, which made it easier to stay consistent.

The editing side helped more than I expected because I didn’t have to worry about making everything perfect myself. I could just share what I know and it would turn into something clear and watchable. After a while I started noticing more people engaging and asking genuine questions, which made the effort feel worth it.

It still feels like me, just better organized if that makes sense. If you’re someone who knows your work is good but struggles to show it online, this was honestly helpful for me in a very practical way.

I have been working with Daksh and his team for my youtube channel. I have ran many faceless youtube channels in the past but not been able to get the results like I have working with Daksh.

We started a new channel based on the Finance Niche with voice overs in my videos because the CPM of that topic was relatively high and easier to monetize.

We not only focused on getting views but also ensured we make money from the products or the services which were advertised to our audience.

We have been able to grow the page and successfuly monetize the channel within 6 months of us working together. The work was conducted and communicated on Frame.io with his team ensuring I like the end video which was posted on channel.

I recommend working with Daksh if you are a Youtuber and if you are looking to save time and efforts for your content.

Their email extension didn't match the company name. No other contact information or business address was provided. They name-dropped existing youtube channels, but refused to provide a work sample or demo reel twice.

Kept pushing me to click on links to sign up for their company or to set up a voicecall. And used FOMO tactics like "we're only accepting two more clients." Which isnt what a startup sending out cold call emails would say.

Plus, after I mentioned my years of experience on youtube, they stopped emailing. They are obviously targeting very new channels with people who are ignorant of how Youtube operates.

Avoid these people. Editors who cant provide work samples arent worth the time.

PS, their response to the other review is highly unprofessional. To insult a former client publicly and start lamenting the lack of trust in the world? Strange.
