The purchase went very quick and without any issues. His crew worked like Santa's Helpers and completed the myriad of renovations in a few weeks. He was true to his word and listed the property with me and as a result of the stellar workmanship; I was able to put it in escrow in 3 days. I've been selling real estate for over 40 years and in my experience this company is top notch. I would not hesitate to give Urban Street Ventures my highest recommendation.
