This company is trash. Don't buy ANYTHING. Received the wrong item entirely, after fighting with them over several emails they said they would refund my money...its been 3 months & I have reached out to them SEVERAL times.

Same Issues as Everyone Else...
Just like everyone else I have been waiting over a month for a shirt I bought. Customer service provides an answer that is not helpful, if they answer at all. Will never be buying from them again and working on getting my money back.

Biggest scam ever they don t even have the products that they advertise

I wish I could these people in negative stars. Oh my god. I placed an order on April 5th 2018 for 3 items. I get a delivery after more than a month with only one item in it and even that was wrong. When I tried to contact them, they never responded. I put a dispute in my bank and kept trying to email them. Finally this guy Matt Johnson responds saying that here are your tracking details and your order was delivered. Like seriously? One item was delivered out of 3 and that too wrong. Now Paypal is supporting these a**holes and I am following up on disputes. Today is May 31st 2018, so almost 2 months. They are SCAMS. Beware people. Do not trust them at any cost. Also read other reviews. It is soooooo effed up. Jesus.

For the time delivery, I think it’s really good they keep me updated by email and it’s taks around 2 weeks , my only point for the quality and size , the quality is really bad , cheap I never see like this bad quality ever !! And for sure you got a worng size I don’t know why!!

They are a scam, AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered a sweater on the Black Friday weekend, and it only arrived today. That is a month and a half just for delivery. The product I received was the one I ordered, but in a different size than the one I had chosen. Also, the quality of the product is really bad, the material is very thin and sensitive. Overall look&feel is cheap!
The conclusion is: don't buy from this store unless you want to pay too much for low-quality Chinese clothes.

This company is absolutely bad and the quality of their products is horrible! Guys don't buy anything there, it's fake!

I never usually review anything but when I received my shipment today I felt utterly disappointed and had to share my experience to warn others. I wish I had actually been here BEFORE ordering my jacket (which I first saw on their Instagram btw), because just like many reviews here say, the quality of their product is mediocre at best! What you see on their site and elsewhere is NOT what you get, and quite frankly I've never seen such a disparity between expectation vs reality. Their other big issue which seems to be the common theme is their sizing. I ordered a size (M) based on their own suggestions to people's questions which turned out to fit like a (S), but the tag on the jacket actually says "L"..
like W.T.F is going on here?!!

Conclusion: Inaccurate sizing, poor quality, longer shipping
Recommend: Absolutely NOT

After 1 month of waiting, I finally received my order only to find that the piece of crap sweater I ordered looks NOTHING like the photos online. Cheap c rap made and shipped from CHINA. Threads sticking out, poor stitching, uneven lines my god. fuc k #mensfashionpost on instagram for even marketing Urbanstox merchandise without even verifying the quality of their goods.

Ordered a sweater - took forever to ship (way longer then estimated), and when it arrived it was way to small. Ordered a medium according to their size chart, but the sweater I received is about 4 inches shorter then what was described on their website.

Did some googling and discovered that this site is a re-seller, buying cheap items from AliExpress and selling them for 2-3 times the price.

Contacted customer service about the wrong size I received, but they wont refund me or give med a new item unless I ship it back to them, in Singapore. That would cost as much as buying a new sweater. And would also mean waiting 5-6 weeks for a new sweater.

If you like their items, buy them from AliExpress, way better.

IHO, I consider UrbanStox a scam.

My package was heavily delayed. But the disappointment didn't stop there, after more than a month when I finally received it, the shirt didn't even fit. I even ordered one size larger than I'd normally wear and it's too tight. On top of all this the color of the shirt didn't even match the color on the webpage. The shirt seems washed out and when i wanted to return it the customer support were not very friendly.

Read all the other negative reviews on this site and they're 100% accurate. Read all the positive reviews and you'll realize they're written by employees in China as they all read quite odd and they say things that no English speaking individual would ever say. The site said to "order the size you would normally wear in your country and we'll ship you the appropriate match." I ordered a medium and it fits like an extra small. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

It's a scam and the good reviews are obviously all written by the same person, couldn't be more obvious! Please do not buy from this company, they are basically trying to steal your money

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a shirt online and here was the lowlights of my experience:
- took 3 weeks longer than they committed
- shirt about 4 sizes too small (Chinese sizes)
- had to go thru PayPal to get in touch with their customer service
- they would only take the item back if I shipped it back to China which costs almost more than the shirt
- would replace it with a new one but I would have to pay shipping (why would I get something else from them?)
- would not refund me

Save your money and buy from a real company with real customer service & refund policies in place.

They sent me a completely different item than I bought. The cut and design were different, the color and size were different and the material was very low and cheap quality. Their phone number is a cruise scam or something like that and no one ever responded to emails or messages. Their IG followers are fake mostly and their likes are bought. Customer service is non-existant. save your money. you won't get your items and if you do they will be the wrong ones. no refunds too btw

I have read over a hundred of these reviews... all of the Fourstar and above ratings seem to be written by urban stock employees. There is at least one over-enthusiastic review posted per day. This company also resells clothes from aliexpress.com for 3× the price they buy them. Not impressed. Shipping is also completely unreliable. Don't take the risk to buy anything from them.

Has been over a month since I've ordered a product from Urbanstox and still havn't recieved it. Don't respond to my emails... Seems like a chinese company which they do not advertise on their website. Think I have been scammed

I got a jacket at Urbanstox from my girlfriend as a birthday present. It looks awesome. The package reached me nicely on my birthday. It is a lovely gift. Thank you very much!

I'm not sure about the others, but I received my order from UrbanStox pretty fast in slightly under 2 weeks which is what they advertised on their website.
I also like the coat I received and gotten many compliments on it. Would buy again.
