Lack of communication and still awaiting my parcel from 2 weeks ago!

I placed an order only received 2 items of the 3 I ordered.

Have emailed them a number of times and heard nothing back.

DO NOT BOTHER

As expected. Lovey item.

Allegedly dispatched but it wasn’t. Emailed and no response.
Raised case with PayPal and miraculously it got dispatched. Parcel arrived with half the items missing and now ignoring me. Avoid!!!!!!!

Amazing cloths

Ordered a dress back in July however have never received it and the delivery agents proof of delivery is a blank photo . Messages to Urban Peaches but no responses and certainly no refund . Disgraceful customer service . Avoid

I didn’t choose my size on the mystery non returnable item, you rectified this straight away even on a bank holiday, so will definitely be shopping with you again.

I ordered from this company but returned items as to large returned by Royal mail tracked they received the items on the 3/8/2024 I have emailed & contacted this company & no reply & no refund of £72 pounds either very angry .

Missing belt from Jumpsuit! Emailed and no response. Wish I had read reviews first. Zero customer services. Claiming my order back from bank!

Clothes quality is so cheap. Don't waste your money!

Do not order from this company, unless you want to be ignored for weeks! I loved the other clothes and it is such a shame that the refund process is such a mess. The dress I sent back was too tight and almost poorly made across the top. I sent this back on the 31st July, (which you also have to pay for) and have still not had a refund. I tried contacting them via email and instagram messages and was ignored continuously and even commented on posts asking for someone to contact me for the comments I’d left to be deleted and again ignored. I have finally heard from them on the 19th stating I would be receiving my refund within 72 hours to still have not received any refund after this time. Such a shame that the faff of the refund ruins the clothes as the items I kept were really nice. Order at your own risk and if you’re happy to be ignored for weeks.

After I sent several emails I finally got an email stating I would get my refund within 48/72 hrs….. this was FOUR DAYS AGO!!!
It’s been FOUR WEEKS since I returned my order!!! How long does one have to wait!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

SHOCKING COMPANY
they do not respond to emails, delete all bad or negative comments from social media.
The item i was sent was a different colour and style to what i ordered
I sent the item recorded delivery & signed for
STILL NO REFUND
Cost £4 to be delivered and £6 to send back.

Very bad experience with Urban Peaches. My order never arrived. The tracking number says the order was delivered to my home in the Netherlands. This is not true! I can file a claim form with Royal Mail only when I have received all the information from Urban Peaches but they never responded to my emails and messages.

Clothes are gorgeous, really chuffed with all 4 dresses I ordered! Was just disappointed that they didn’t arrive in time for my holiday! Now to find excuses to wear them all 😀

Lovely dress and quick delivery

No delivery of mass order. Contacted twice and no reply. Disappointed and angry. Needed the stuff for holiday. Lack of communication and no explanation. Dont use
