They delivered a part of my package to ANOTHER packet station, WITHOUT writing down the address in the email. I’m just wondering why?

Iets Frans top- I got the largest size available and it's still way to small. How is an XL barely a size 8? I really love the style but just wish they were made for my size (I am about average sized btw, it shouldn't be hard!)

To be honest I was surprised when i received the sweat pants and the cropped crewneck.. the fabric is really REALLY THIN. I'm usually not too demanding but for the hype I'm surprised I've never heard that it was not warm enough yo chill in.

Nothing meets expectations. It’s quite disappointing. The clothing sizes are way off. The incense sticks are delivered a completely different scent from the description. Very poor experience.

Very poor experience trying to make a return of an item of furniture, which cannot be arranged online (ie via the same method in which the item had been bought). To return a piece of furniture I had to call up Customer Services to book a courier. I went through this step and was given a date for the courier collection, any time between 9am to 5pm. I waited at home all day and the courier never pitched. I struggled to get through to Customer Services again by phone (emails remain unanswered) and they said they would arrange another collection, again saying they can only give a 9am to 5pm window, which I pushed back on but they said they couldn't guarantee a shorter window of say an afternoon. At any rate, they said their Head Office would get in touch to confirm the new collection date and I still haven't heard back. This company makes it very hard to return anything and treat customers with contempt. I do not recommend buying anything from them unless you want to spend days in utter frustration getting messed around.

I love this shop, incredible quality and very friendly customer service. I love ordering from Urban Outfitters and I love going to the shops. I especially like the iets frans sweatpants. Unfortunately over 4 orders/parts have been cancelled in the last month, but only after my request (I wrote UO at facebook mesenger). But the customer service responded quickly and very kindly, I just wished they would have let me know a little earlier. But then they quickly transferred the money back. It is also a pity that it happened so often, because every time it was the same reason: no more products in stock. All in one a very nice shop with great parts and a very friendly service.
