Great experience from start to finish with Urban Myth! We wanted to add some extra storage units and work space to our kitchen so I reached out and got talking to Jack on phone and email.
Jack was able to find our existing kitchen designs, listen to what we wanted and quickly turn the idea into a design and diagram we could review and discuss to exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process he kept in contact giving me regular updates and ensuring we were happy with the final outcome. Despite a slight hiccup with one part of the worktop installation, it was quickly sorted. We're very pleased with the service from Jack, quality of work from Carlos and final kitchen outcome matching perfectly with our existing units and worktop. I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Myth and would highlight both Jack and Carlos as superb members of the team who really care about their customers and work.

Fantastic service from initial consultation through to fitting of the kitchen. Jack, Clarke and Ben did a great job in a friendly and professional manner.

An excellent local company, thoughtful design, clear communication with our builders, great product and well fitted. We ordered our first kitchen with them in 2013, and came back for a second kitchen in 2026. Particular thanks to Pete, Tom, Lee and the excellent fitting team for working under some challenging timescales to have our kitchen up and running ahead of Christmas.

We became aware of Urban Myth as a couple of friends of ours had their kitchens from them and so we were also able to get an idea of how their finished kitchens look outside of a showroom. But it was only through working with them ourselves that we were able to fully appreciate the quality of their work and just how much goes into designing and installing a kitchen.

Urban Myth were excellent throughout the whole process starting with our initial visit to their showroom when we first met Marzena. Based on why we were looking to change and what we wanted from a new one, Marzana came up with the design and suggested the appliances that might be suitable for us. After a couple of our own fitters fell through, Lee suggested Terry who was simply superb.

We are very happy with the results and I don't think we could have done it without the combined knowledge and expertise from everyone at and working with Urban Myth.

We can certainly recommend them without any hesitation or reservation.

One of the most efficient companies I have dealt with. Responded to everything extremely promptly. Very helpful. Did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I requested the company to install a few additional kitchen cupboards as they are the one who helped the developer install the kitchen cupboards. The work was done professionally and efficiently.

We recently had our kitchen doors replaced by Urban Myth, who installed our original kitchen in 2005. We were able to discuss the right option for us, with a couple of additional features (e.g., new in-cupboard shelving). The installation was efficient, clean and tidy. Overall, very pleased with the whole thing and would recommend to others.

Absolutely delighted with Urban Myth. We love our kitchen. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional. Davide and Peter guided us with the design. No hard selling, no deadlines etc. Just very easy to deal with, nothing was a problem. Lee, the technical guy made everything very easy with the plumbers and electricians etc. Adam the fitter was excellent- lovely guy, excellent work and we felt very comfortable him being in our home. As our Urban Myth kitchen approached its 15th birthday we decided that nothing about it made us feel it needed to be replaced. All that was required were new plinths (kick boards). The company was more than happy to return and help us choose a new colour (ours was discontinued) and provided many samples to ensure we were happy with our choice. The fitter was very good and 15 years later we are still delighted with UM’s attention to detail and willingness to help. Highly recommended.

Urban Myth installed our kitchen 4 or 5 years ago. Very satisfied BUT they even stand by their product now. They sent a fitter to sort a couple of recent issues today - how is that for service 👍 5 on 5 from me

We had our new kitchen installed recently with Urban Myth and can honestly say we are fully satisfied and would highly recommend others to use them as well. From the beginning we felt supported by Pete in the show room as part of the design team, giving honest and helpful advice. The installation team were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job The follow up on minor issues were dealt with professionally and helpfully. We’re really happy with our new kitchen. The real plus points for us were the design process where communication was very clear and project management which are so important when there are lots of moving parts. We also appreciated honest advice on what design / appliances would work best for us, there was absolutely no pressure to spend more.

This is our third kitchen with urban myth and the experience is always the same. From initial planning to final installation the service is amazing. The planning team are so helpful and flexible (thanks Marzena); the kitchen looks great, is high quality and is ergonomically perfect. This time, delays in building caused knock-on delay for Urban Myth which they accommodated without a blink. The minor snags were dealt with quickly. Really cannot fault this crew

The final result exceeded my expectations with the service provided by the design team exceptional.
I received regular up dates throughout the process, and the team were always friendly and welcoming with any questions I had. In my experience i would not go anywhere else, the after sale service is absolutely outstanding.
