Clearly they’re a company that has nothing in stock. Still waiting 5 months for them to send NFM the bed frame. Every Urban Home bed is backlogged. Wouldn’t of bought the dresser and hutch if I new you wouldn’t make but 1 damn bed a year
I have been waiting for over a month for reimbursement of items that I had to return after waiting for weeks for their arrival. For weeks they kept telling me that the money would be deposited into my account and now they ignore my messages and phone calls. The interesting thing is that I have purchased many furniture items from them and I was a superb client but now I’m treated as persona non grata.
I received the product damaged. And I believe I received the wrong instructions. I purchased the Braziel 4 door accent cabinet from Wayfair. The instructions are not at all like the cabinet. They read city mega konsol #5

Item was very poorly packaged. Courier attempted to mend packaging but parcel still arrived with the item (a fire pit) hanging out and the hooks for the grill bent.
