I suffer from athritis and normally wake up very stiff through my whole body but since using the grounding underlay I can get out of bed a lot easier and move more quickly.I would highly recomend it.

As for the product, it's elegant, a great size, and easy to use and travel with.

Amazing
Amazing, I have suffered with painful knees for at least 15 years advised all that could be done was replacement surgery. This morning I woke with no pain in my knees, walked without pain and felt years younger than the 79 I clocked up earlier this year. Unbelievable! Thanks to our painter for his encouragement to try grounding it works & thanks Urban Hippee.

the grounding underlay helps with anxiety.
I got the grounding underlay for my husband with PTSD and insomnia. It, along with a Pulsetto (vegas nerve stimulator) is helping him get some relief from the anxiety.
