Returned item but was returned as this company is s SCAM

Item is super low quality and very small. The support email keeps bouncing back, no return address and no contact form on their website. Joke.

I never received my order. Then I try to contact through chat and they wanted to have me enter my card number so they can charge me to help me find my delivery. I refuse to do this so I guess my money is stolen.

Do not buy from here. The product was unlike the pictures, you have to mail it back to Germany at your own cost. I did this back in early April and I still do not have a refund two months later.
I spent 160$ on a jacket and then 40 $ on postage to return it and I have not been refunded. They ignore emails.

Item was medium but had a waist band for an extra large person. Contact form on website does not work. No response to a request for a return. Even sent me another email asking me to buy more products! Absolute scammers. Disgraceful behaviour

Wish i'd read the reviews below before buying - they're all correct. Product really poor quality. Ugly ugly sweater with no shape and way way too big. And no returns.

Scam, I cannot believe that I feel for it. I received a jumper in a state worse than Shein's and received only a response on the first email asking for a free postage return, of course, Fiona Glasi started talking bul…. I cannot have that and since that no response. I don’t know how is the law in Germany to let such fraudsters operate and sell. I will not stop until they pay me my money back, I will turn every corner because such people should be put out of pocket.

Absolute crap !!! online the jacket looked lovely when i received it its looks worse than items from shein!!!! cheap material, super poor stitching.when I demanded a refund and return postage they suggested 60% refund and the rest would be postage...are you for real?! SCAM!!!

I have to add to the other reviews and state it is a total scam. Garments are not as advertised in textile, shape or size. It’s really badly made and looks awful. Not cashmere - acrylic. And badly made. It also took nearly 2 months to get it as they had supplier issues. Return process is painful as they want you to pay for return postage which is expensive as it’s overseas. Avoid at all costs

Do not purchase from this company. Very poor return policy. They sent me the wrong size ordered online. Said it was my fault, and refused to accept a return. i was scammed.

This company is a scam / the picture of what I ordered vs what turned up is laughable. I don’t know how to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER.

Items from this company are made with cheap fabric, arrive terribly wrinkled, and are not true to size. Refunds are a joke - you have to pay for shipping back to Germany!!!. And then you are not sure they will accept the item. Do not be fooled.

This was a total waste of money. The clothes are not as advertised. The style, the colors, sizes, etc. And the return process is awful! This is what they said:

"We do accept the items for a refund, however, as you have probably already read in our return policy, we do not yet have the resources to provide our customers with pre-paid return labels. Therefore, you are more than welcome to return the item(s) to our facility in Germany, but you will have to cover the shipping costs yourself.

I might be able to offer you an alternative option though. We are currently engaging in a "Save the world" initiative which is meant to reduce carbon emissions and make our international shipping more environmentally friendly. As a part of this initiative, we try to minimize the quantity of overseas shipments drastically. "

Worst place to shop, ordered a jacket for $79.80, upon getting was so disappointed as the material is so cheap, did not fit or look the same as shown. Asked for mailing address to return and get the refund but keep getting an automated email and offer to get another item for 50%off by keeping the current one. What a fake deceptive line to shop with, big disappointment.

Do not order from this company. It’s the clothes version of wish.
You will not get what is pictured or advertised, you will get a cheap nasty wannabee.

They are obviously a cheap Asian company (items are shipped from China and take weeks to arrive) posing as a German trendy clothing company **Avoid at all costs**. Despite several requests they only offer a partial refund even for disgustingly made items. Despite several email requests they have blocked my email address and I cannot find any other contact details

As others have said sizes are completely incorrect.

Ordered an XL and got a size smaller then XS.

Refused to refund only offering 60% back.

Avoid like the plague.

Item itself smells funny and quality is low.

Sizes are not even close. XxxL is more xL

Returns process designed to scam you.
First they off 50% off another item refuse that and its 60% off only then does it become a nightmare

Its £15 to return the item regardless of issue plus they refuse to pay the customs charges!

Have since done a charge back on my card.

Customerservice designed to stop you returning goods and buy more!! I sincerely avoid this merchant if your outside germany or bigger than an XL

Fake fraud dishonest social media company. Do NOT order from this company! Multiple attempts to inquire about an order were not responded to. Had to have payment suspended and company investigated
