Good idea, bit expensive
The concept is a good idea but it’s now double the price compared to visiting a masseuse at their shop. Also, a lot of the urban masseuses just finished their training and tends to leave after a year or two, so good luck on getting someone good and using them regularly. All of the masseuse I’ve used have been polite, good people. The messages themselves have been mostly good to ok. Just need to work on its high prices.

Easy to book, nice discounts. Lady who showed up at my home was very warm and friendly, gave a lovely pregnancy massage. Referred my sister for the same and she enjoyed hers too. Looking forward to booking again.

The masseur arrived at my address, but after arriving he stated that there was not enough space for the massage table and therefore left without providing the massage.
I have been charged £80 for a service that I did not receive.
When I made the booking, there was no clear information or warning stating that a specific amount of space would be required for the massage table. Had this requirement been clearly communicated at the time of booking, I would not have made the reservation.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for your therapist to arrive but be unable to provide the treatment.
As our therapists bring a professional massage table with them, enough clear floor space is needed for them to set up the table safely and move around it during the treatment.
We do provide guidance on our website about preparing your space, including an approximate floor-space requirement. That said, we appreciate your feedback that this wasn't clear enough to you when making your booking, and we'll take this on board.
We're glad our team has since been able to speak with you directly about what happened and has provided you with a full refund due to the issues you experienced.
We're sorry again that your booking didn't go as planned, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better Urban experience in the future.

Aster was absolutely wonderful
Aster was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the whole experience. I was extremely tired and had a lot of pain and tension, but she knew exactly where to apply pressure and how to work on the areas that were hurting.
I’m honestly not exaggerating when I say that I felt a significant improvement within less than 24 hours. Her massage skills, experience, and technique were excellent, and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the session.
I’ve been looking for someone like this in Birmingham for a long time, and I can confidently say that I’ve finally found my go-to place. Aster is genuinely amazing—not only in her massage technique and expertise, but also in the way she treats her clients.
I will definitely be coming back to her again. Highly recommended!

Two great treatments
I’ve had an assisted stretching session and a long deep tissue massage. Was very satisfied with both.
Booking the treatments was easy and the therapists arrived on time and were very polite and enthusiastic.
