Excellent seller and product

My first time using UR to buy a phone and the experience was excellent! I used to buy from Back Market but after ordering several phones from there that weren't in working order and having to send back (which was a not made easy either!!), I was relieved to find another, better option! My new phone is like new and great price too. Thank you!

If I could give less than 1 star I would, we sold a phone to these 5 weeks ago, was promised payment within a week we rang and was always told the same excuse after excuse then Fast forward 4 weeks and still no payment for the phone, every time we call up it’s like your chasing your own money! I will never use these again absolute donkeys!!

Battery wasn’t Apple battery. When I tried to use the phone it brought up an error message. The new battery was not a genuine Apple component.
Very disappointing, having always bought refurbished phones, this has never been an issue before.

Phones spotless and arrived quickly . Battery only 85% but that’s to be expected . Charging cable that was supplied doesn’t work otherwise would be 5 stars

Fantastic service

Still awaiting payment after 1 month.

Had an email saying there is backlog, called them after waiting a month and apparently they said they would push it through.

Have not heard anything so I’m worried I won’t get my money.

Won’t be using again.

after speaking with Wendy on the phone again, I now have my money. She was very helpful.

I understand they are a small business and things are taking them longer but it should not be set out that payment will be received in 7 working days and the customer should not have to chase so much.

I ordered the phone on Thursday night, no great hurry - although this was an option, but it arrived on Saturday morning. The price was good for me - I’m not a phone nerd, so I don’t need the latest - and it had options to make the product tailored to my requirements. The phone was safely ensconced in a fabulous box, protecting it from ‘courier issues’.
Speed of service, quality of packing, absolutely fabulous. I have no issues recommending this company- they know how to do things right!

Didn’t get payment for my trade in been over 25 days since they have received please please avoid this company I tried to contact them over 2 days I keep getting no answer

Offered lower payment for so called scratches, had no choice but to accept. Phone received by them March 24th, now April 22nd still no payment despite 3 phone calls (now not answering) plus several emails. Was quoted 7 working days initially, then told 2 weeks last Friday, then told today, still nothing. Was told on the phone they're a small company trying their best. I'm sorry but don't take on what you cant handle.
Update. Finally got through, been told the day after tomorrow.
I wont hold my breath.

I previously left a one star review but after getting some excellent customer service I am happy to upgrade my review. The customer service manager I spoke to was incredibly helpful and sorted my issues in no time. Thank you Natalie!!

Fast shipping and great value

I am appalled by the "service" provided by UR (Order 900389485). If you value your device or your original packaging, do not send it here.

The "Vanishing" Box: I sent my phone in its original retail box. UR’s policy is to "recycle" your packaging immediately. They have effectively devalued my handset by destroying my property, and their response was a cold "it’s in our terms."

Negligent Delivery: They returned a £400+ device by posting it through a letterbox. No signature, no security. If it had been stolen or smashed on the hallway floor, they would likely have blamed the courier.

Suspicious Grading: My phone had a screen protector on from day one. They stripped it off, claimed there were "deep scratches," and dropped the price. When challenged, their offers fluctuated wildly from £415 down to £200, then back up to £300. It’s not an "assessment"; it’s a guessing game designed to see how little you’ll settle for.

Zero Accountability: Customer service (Natalie) offered nothing but canned responses and excuses for why they can’t return my accessories or guarantee a safe delivery.

They have my original box, my screen protector is in the bin, and I’m left with a devalued phone. Avoid this company at all costs.

NO PAYMENT AFTER 3 WEEKS OF CHASING. I sent my phone and they changed my payment fromm 600 to 500, which i was fine with so i accepted. since then it has now been 3 weeks, no money in my account. false promises of being "top of the list" of being paid and still NO MONEY. this company is a scam.
