Fraud
I bought a balance replenishment, and nothing happened. Support ignores all my requests
Update: Yeah I see when I did post feedback on Trustpilot they checked my order, but still nothing. Nothing refunded and my balance not refilled.
When I tried contact support via their website then i got automated answer where they simply "toss me out" tell me that my order was complete.
Update (08.04.2026) nice one it took to 2 years to answer some lie. Once again its proof that this is fraud and scam. I have nothing refunded at all.
