A genuinely transformational experience.

Nico’s course was very easy for me to follow. He breaks things down in a simple and practical way, and tells you exactly how to structure your profile, position yourself better, and approach clients properly. I had already watched a lot of YouTube videos on optimizing an Upwork profile before, but this went much deeper and felt way more actionable.

One of the most valuable parts for me was the weekly live meetings. You can join, ask questions, and get direct advice, which helped me a lot. Nico is also friendly, easy to understand, and very straightforward in how he teaches. His teaching style is focused on solving the actual problem, not wasting time.

I only joined the $75/month course, so I cannot speak on the 1 to 1 coaching. But even at this level, he still did personal profile reviews each week, which added a lot of value. For me, I basically followed the material, applied it, added some personalization to fit myself better, and it gave my profile a real upgrade.

Now to be honest, this was not some overnight jump from $1k to $3k or $6k a month. I want to be fair about that. But I did see real improvement. My order count improved, and more importantly, the level of clients improved. My profile stopped attracting as many cheap and difficult clients, and started attracting better paying and more serious ones. That alone gave me more time and energy to focus on better work. So in that sense, it was genuinely transformational for me. My profile felt sharper, more professional, and more trustworthy, and I could feel that in the kind of new clients coming in.

I also want to say this for people reading reviews and deciding whether to join. Upwork is still just a platform that connects clients and talent. At the end of the day, you still need real skills that solve real problems. A course like this does not replace your core ability. What it does is bring out the best in what you already have, position you better, and build more trust so clients take you more seriously.

That is why I think expectations matter. If you expect a course alone to magically fix everything without improving ur offer, skills, and effort, you will be disappointed. You still have to put in the work. But if you already have something real to offer, and you apply Nico’s lessons properly, this course can absolutely speed things up and improve the level of clients you attract.

Joined Sep/24: went from $3k/m to $10k/m in 1 year.

When I joined back In Sept 24 my current goal was to spend 4h/day on Upwork to go from $3k/m to $6k/m.

But Nico literally said to me on the first call "stop what you are doing" when suddenly I was spending 1h a day and getting even more opportunities.

In 2025 I`ve hit my first $100k/year and I am sure Nico was really important on that path. The goal now is to go and hit $20k/m as a solo freelancer and every call with Nico (now 1:1) pushes me forward.

This is one of the worst learning platforms I've ever used. I am shocked. I lost my money.

1. Nico's accent cannot be understood. Nick's pride is too high. In the so-called 1:1 exclusive meeting, Nico has only shown me testimonials. And instead of 15 minutes, he has given me 7 minutes. When I asked any question, he got tempered and told me to follow the course.

2. I guess that 99% of his internal reviews are fake. This phenomenon is due to the fact that such reviews are never found outside.

3. 100% of the contents are available on YouTube at no cost. He has absolutely nothing new.

Be aware! He receives from everyone 75 USD per month. Earning 75 is not too easy. Therefore, why should we pay 75 USD for something that offers no value?
A total waste of money.

in upwork you have to buy connects to be able to send an application, no guarantee to get hired, then you have to bid (pay)and the highest bidder gets the interview but still no guarantee to get the job, i already spent hundreds and still jobless after 5 years of sending applications. dont be scammed by this system. apart from that they also earn percentage for every hour worked by an employee.so be careful, this company is so greedy

UpworkOutbound is great consultation from Nico, he is very nice and professional guy. Selling a high ticket $2k+ service I have never had success on UpWork before and thought it was just a place for cheap work if I'm honest.
