I sold my abile to Upway recently and was very pleased with the process. They offered me a fair price, sent me a box (that cost me $50 off my sale price, but was worth it), paid for shipping, processed my bike within about 24 hours and I got my payment instantly though Zelle (other options were available). They made the process super easy and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This bike I have I bought 2004 for $2,000 it's a radster trail it has 653 mi on it and the bike is in mint condition, these people only want to give me $196.00 for it, they are crazy they don't even deserve one star, you got to be a nut sell your bike to them ! 🤬

I'm very happy with my purchase. I chose a high-end bike for less than the original price, without the risk of scams or malfunctions. Also, the support team is amazing. Everyone who wants to buy a bike must look for their bike with Upway first.

We bought a bike and they said it wouldn't fit, the size was listed wrong on their web site. That bike disappeared from their site. They then sold us a different bike and it didn't ship. They cannot do a video call. Now the bike will not ship. Why do they take the money and can't show the bike or ship the bike? FRAUD or SCAM?

The brakes should have been changed. In comparaison with a Giant Fathom i also own, the disc brakes of the E+2 explore i purchased are at their threshold limit.
The speeds need adjustment.
The battery charger needs special fitting when battery is dismantled frm bike.

A cealn and clear website, with all the information we need on the bikes. Payment with Alma is very nice to have, the shipping was very smooth and the bike is great !

Upway has great customer service and the prices are really good. I got a bike that is basically brand new. It has a few minor scratches here and there, but nothing that I wasn't aware of from the description provided.
My only complaint is, most of the hardware on the bike is on the verge of being stripped. It's as if whoever put the bike together originally wasn't careful or used the wrong size hex wrench to tighten everything. I am afraid I will strip out a bolt while trying to make an adjustment. I bought a bike a few years ago for my wife on Upway and had the same issue with the headset bolt. It kind of bummed me out because the bike is perfect otherwise.

My YT was less than a year old and works perfectly. The MSRP was $8200 and they wanted to give me $3999. Really? I am very well versed in the MTB industry I know my bike’s value is far above that. You are better off selling privately.

Bike is perfect

This site is a complete joke! I have a brand new Transition Regulator Carbon XT Di2 with a MSRP of $10,500. When I say brand new, I mean it literally is still in the original wrapping it came with when it was shipped. I put an additional $4K in upgrades (dealer installed) into it and Upway said they were willing to give me $3,105 for the bike.

Do yourself a favor and tell these guys to take a hike. You are better off selling your bike at your local garage sale than deal with this "company".

I had to recheck the bike when it arrived. The rear brake needed adjusting, the battery clip was loose, the handlebars were loose but not only in the correct place for packing but lots of other bolts were not tight. I have play in the handlebar clamp which I cant get rid of so I think this part I will need to replace, the bike was dirty and I would have expected just a wipe over with a rag and some cleaner as a minimum. Otherwise battery function and performance is OK. I would like to claim on the guarantee for the handlebar clamp.

Easy shopping experience and fast shipping! The tracking didn't update (maybe user error?), but my bike showed up at my house quickly and very well packaged.

I asked several questions pre purchase and the response was positive. They even emailed me back with more details about the bike after their initial contact. The bike was packaged very well. It runs and looks as is expected from the picture and description. I would definitely be willing to purchase another bike from them if the occasion arises

I was very happy with the overall Upway experience. Prompt communication and fair price for my one-year old e-bike.
My only negative comment is regarding the box I purchased from Upway to ship my bike in. The instructions were very confusing- basically I built the box without any help. (Unclear written instructions). The video instructions didn’t apply to the product I bought.
Other than that I was happy using Upway.

This is my second purchase from Upway. This time I bought a Specialized Levo4 Pro, snagged for an amazing price. The bike was like new, but I believe it had been used as a demo. Saved me thousands. Because it's so hi-tech, I had a little trouble getting it set up, but my local Specialized dealer was able to get me going and Upway provided really great support all the way through. E-MTBs can be very expensive, but Upway provides a great option to save money if you're patient for the right deal.

Its been a total of 2 years that ive been looking for the perfect ebike to use as a way to help the environment and cut my financial hardship in affordability of high gas prices. And in my venture I have researched many options but nothing that felt right. However it wasn't until recently I found you!! Ive seen more options and compatability that sets you higher then others. You communication and availability is pristine to what i need in order to make a perfect commitment for my purchase. This isn't a simple question with a half thought answer. Thank you for continuing to impress me and make this a much smoother decision
