SCAM for me TOO
SCAM for me TOO. I paid for a Fasttrack pass and I straight away received an email saying there was no availability and they said that I should receive a reimborsement for this service whithin 5:10 working days. It's clear they ssll services they don't have .Then 4 days after that, I saw by pure chance that existed a 39.90 euros as a subscription' for a monthly service I wasn't aware and without any message to me via email.
I immediately wrote back to them and they replied :
"Hello,
We would like to inform you that you subscribed to the UpTrip service at a rate of £33.90 per month, giving you access to premium travel services.
However, we regret to inform you that the subscription fees were activated by you and, in accordance with our General Terms of Service, we are unable to grant any additional refund.

I was not aware neither of the 3 days free trial nor of the montly subscription activated after the trial period and they never informed me about both these trial and final subscription.

And they seems unaware too of My rights regarding the unsolicited monthly service—14-day cooling-off period: Having activated the online service on June 20, 2026, and cancelled it on June 24, 2026, via your website, I'm well within the statutory 14-day window to withdraw without penalty (the standard withdrawal period for general service contracts without specific dates).
Of course the story will not finish here...
