Yet again UPS lie and say they attempted a delivery when clearly they did not. I waited from 11 - 3 no one came. Then a message saying the delivery failed and it would be ready for collection at a pick up point. This is what they always do they have no intention to deliver it to your home in the first place, as they send messages asking you to click one in a reply to choose the pick up option. Useless.

Worst delivery service in Spain

DON'T EVER TRY TO DELIVER ANYTHING WITH UPS!
IF YOUR AMAZON PACKAGE IS DELIVERED WITH THEM - CANCEL IT!
Their couriers are lying that they were trying to deliver but you weren't home (they didn't even try).
Thier collection points are closed during their working hours without any reason, making you waste your time traveling there.
Their email support says that their couriers never call you on the phone (they do).

I was sent a message to say UPS tried to deliver. I was home all morning waiting. They clearly did not try. I then received a message to say I had to pick up from their office. I required delivery for health reason and now I am unable to collect my delivery. Apauling service

We ordered 2 high value items in January 2026, which were shipped with UPS and marked as delivered but we never received them. What is concerning is that when contacting the fraud department, they still believe the thieving drivers! Even more concerning is the mention that the item is delivered under our name without any evidence (signature or photo). Strange that in a country where you need to provide your social security number to send or receive an item, UPS Spain does not seem to even bother with this!
If there was a zero star, I'd have clicked on it. UPS used to be good but now they use third parties who do not care one iota and there is definitely some fraud and thieving going on.
I am now ensuring that suppliers do not use UPS or I cancel the order.

Be careful

Be careful! They have lost my package 1ZGF78610425301281 with €1750 item inside. Then after 5 months turned down my claim based on "it still has tracking updates". Hahaha. Scammers!

A dissaster of a company were Premium price = BAD service.

A dissaster of a company were you pay Premium and get sh*t service that not even Correos can match up to.

The driver ignored delivery and then said he didn't had a phone to call, left it in the collection point in a different town, we rescheduled delivery but instead the next morning 7 AM i got an email of attempted delivery an automated message to collect it in a diferent town. Tell me is that a service you pay premium for?????

UPS consistently delay deliveries in Spain. They use customs as the reason why but they clearly hold customers to ransom who are waiting for their delivery. Firstly they clearly complicate delivery and confuse customers by sending them text messages saying they need power of attorney to make your delivery. In fact what they are saying is that they want you to sign away your rights when they later claim exorbitant charges to delivery your package hidden behind the customs process. After you finally pay their ridiculous fees to release your expected delivery, because the lack of ability through their courier network to deliver your item, they make claims “they have tried to deliver and no one is in” bare in mind in this day and age of seamless deliveries by Amazon this is somewhat of a farce!!! They then refer you to a drop off point where you have to go out of your way to collect your delivery. They are clearly no equipped to process reliable deliveries in Spain!!! What a joke (Both suppliers and customers do not use them or stand for their babble) !!!!

Shittiest delivery company in Spain

Shittiest delivery company in Spain. This is the 4th time one of my orders coms with UPS, that was NOT delivered to my address. Four orders from 4 different vendors, all 4 were sent to a pick-up point with “failed attempt of delivery” on the tracking. I work remotely from home, I am home all day, nobody called me or ring the bell at the door. These a$$holes do not deliver, they lie. When I called their customer service, if you can even call it that, first it took 40min for someone to pick up my call, to just be told they can’t do anything. Worst experience I ever had with a delivery company. 💩

ABSOLUTE DISREGARD FOR DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS - UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed with UPS Spain. My shipment was "delivered" to a third-party shop without my consent or authorization.
I had previously clarified my delivery address with a UPS agent over the phone. My building has a doorman specifically to receive packages, and his mobile number is clearly visible at the entrance for drivers to call if he is momentarily away from the desk. The driver completely ignored these instructions and failed to make a proper delivery attempt.
To make matters worse, I am currently hospitalized and physically unable to travel to an unauthorized pick-up point to retrieve my property. UPS has failed to provide the "door-to-door" service that was paid for, showing a total lack of professionalism and empathy for a customer's situation.
I demand that UPS retrieves the package from the unauthorized location and delivers it to my home address as originally contracted. This is a clear breach of service. Avoid UPS if you expect your delivery instructions to be followed.

Absolutely the Worst Delivery Experience Ever

My recent experience with UPS has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had a courier shipped from India to Madrid via Germany, and everything about the delivery process was a disaster.

I received a message in the morning saying my parcel was “out for delivery.” By afternoon, the tracking status suddenly changed to “wrong address — property not found.” That’s completely false — I live at this address, regularly receive packages from multiple couriers, and have never had any issue. The worst part? No one from UPS called me, no delivery attempt was actually made, and their so-called customer service is a joke.

Their website is useless for resolving issues — it’s impossible to reach a real person, and their chat and email support go nowhere. I had to personally travel all the way to their warehouse nearly 10 km away just to retrieve my own package.

When I finally got it, I was horrified to see that one of my expensive kitchen appliances was completely damaged, the glass top shattered into pieces. Several other boxes were torn, and even food items had been opened. Clearly, UPS handled everything with zero care or accountability.

UPS claims to be an international courier giant, but this experience showed nothing but incompetence, negligence, and total disregard for customers. I’ve lost money, time, and trust. Never again.

If you’re thinking of using UPS for any international shipment — don’t. Save yourself the stress and frustration.

The worst experience ever ALWAYS

The worst experience ever. Every time you’re at home waiting for a package, they send you a message saying they tried to deliver it, but no one was home. This happens to me every time. The compound management said they often have issues with UPS. It feels like a scam — you have to call a number to “reschedule” or “rush” your package and pay an additional fee for the call. That’s how they make money. In the end, you still have to go to a pickup point and collect the package yourself. Very convenient when you don’t have a car. Avoid using this service.

False delivery attempts, later cover ups and tracking modifications

False delivery attempts, unauthorized and falsified delivery to access point(s), late scan to avoid pickup, cleaning up tracking records after the fact instead of answering my complaint to customer service. Promised GPS log review went unanswered too. The whole experience shows lack of accountability and acceptance of such behavior by the management. Never again would I do any business with UPS (at least in Spain).

Lazy lying driver

Had something coming from Italy, after a few days happily seeing "en reparto" just to get a reality Check seing the driver only two hours after dropped my shipping in a Shop,intressting enough from malaga depot to my direction it takes 45 minutes - had to pay a taxi and drive to the shop to pick up my Package 12km in total! Shop staff told me the responsable driver was the Depotboss of UPS himself!dropping the Shippings in the shop!? Tried claiming a refund for the 25 euro! shipping costs and Taxi drive (16 euro), added Receipts and just getting laughed at by Email support staff (T.S.) telling me driver couldnt get my Signature, well how if he didnt rang my Door!? Address was complete and wouldve been found if driver would work decently instead of just sitting somewhere eating pipas and thinking how to empty his Van fast enough. (Why doesnt the driver sets hins Van on fire and rolls his Van off a cliff and just goes home? ) But i think i understood the System now with UPS you pay the shipping, but not the delivery, why not dumping all shippings in the River next to the Malaga airport depot and let us all come gather there for a funny scavenger hunt for our packeges with some BBQ and Music -.-

Unacceptable customer service

Good afternoon. I am writing from Spain as a paying customer extremely dissatisfied. Two days ago I paid €108 for an international shipment to the USA and after 48 hours nobody has collected the parcel. Yesterday I received an email claiming a collection attempt was made — this is false.

I also wish to protest the growing corporate trend of automated menus and circular forms that prevent real complaints and lead customers into dead ends.

I must also add my complaint regarding what I perceive as “overseas call centers attended by Spanish-American agents who do not properly master the language, which gives a very poor company image,” not to mention the half-hour waiting time on the phone.
