For like the third time in a row (the music shop I'm ordering from dont have another option for delivery) they have booked home delivery, each time it's the exact same thing:
-No call
-No message
-No attempt at delivery
Just wait at home (central Stockholm) until they update the status to "couldnt deliver, pick up from pick up point". This is comedically bad

The package arrived broken. It was VERY difficult to get a hold of them but in the end I managed to file a claim. I feel satisfied in the end but their claiming system needs a serious overhaul/improvement.

Not even trying to deliver my package, after 2 rebookings, then saying no one was home, but I was!! You are not even trying! Then suppose to pick it up at access point, leave it there from the start instead then!! Worst shipping company I know.

i have had 2 medium size deliveries already from UPS, both of which were diverted to a service point more than 2km away.
I received no door rings nor calls in which to let me know if they are coming, all other couriers would call. In fact, DHL would call 20 min ahead. PostNord would leave it by your door flawlessly, Airmee would ring your doorbell. Only UPS will say they attempted to deliver but never informs you of their arrival.
For context, i live in the very central of the city, yet the only parcel pickup center is in a place with infrequent bus times away from the middle of the city. Not to mention, when you enter the parcel center, the parcels are just laying everywhere which is quite unsecure if you have a valuable delivery.

3. UPS did not make a single attempt to contact us, and just send the packages back. Postnord usually send you a post notification. Here we have nothing.
4. UPS support is a SCAM. After chatting to a bot for half an hour it finally gives you a calling option, but it's impossible to call.
This is NOT WHAT CAN BE CALLED INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE IN SWEDEN.
Chineese post is working 100 times better!

UPS is the worst courier company, with terrible service in both delivery and customer service. My package arrived at the UPS freight station ten days ago, and they were supposed to deliver it to me over a week ago. However, they keep telling me it will arrive today, but a week has passed and the package still hasn’t shown up. When I contacted them, they just said there’s no update—it will come when it comes—and there’s nothing they can do except ask me to wait patiently. Is UPS service free? How can they provide such poor service? I have never experienced anything like this with other courier companies. They claimed they couldn’t deliver my package this week due to weather issues, but during the same week, I received packages from other courier companies. Why is UPS the only one unable to deliver? I will never use UPS delivery services again.

Ups never delivers to home address even though the service has been requested.
The other two times they even sent a request for a portkod and i confirmed yes please i want package delivered to home address, but nobody ever showed up, package was left at pickup point. And last time no communication came from ups at all and i had to find out from the seller that the package was left in the pickup location yet again.

The worst service. Should not be allowed to be a option for delivery at all i sweden. First of all privatisation of the post is the worst and worst of all these companies are UPS. Never ever have they ever delivered at home when they Should and blames the customer when they complain with made up excuses. They are just horrible at doing their actual job plain and simple. Latest is my home delivery when I didn't get any info by mail/sms or anything that it is in Sweden. Been home the whole week, they never even tried getting here or try a delivery and lie about doing it. And the delivery it to a pickup place further away and also not the same as they informed me about. Also the ridiculous demand to text back 2 before 14:00 to get the home delivery that I paid for and should get without question is pathetic. I've called 4 times to get my package delivered they say yes they will and 1h later that they couldn't deliver.. without doing anything. Don't use this service it won't be worth it.

Absolutely the worst delivery company.
Never send it home. Just drop the packade at a strange pick up point somewhere far away.
Most other delivery companies in Sweden have starred to improve. Avoid shipping anything with UPS if you are not enthusiastic to find a pickup point in the middle of nowhere and a non-existing support.

For the third time in a row, UPS message me a delivery time. Nothing arrived, got a new time, nothing, and a new time, nothing. A new message telling me the deliver will take place next day at a specific time. Nothing. New promise, the afternoon day two. Still no delivery. This has happend three times now.

If I could give zero stars, I would. UPS Sweden is quite possibly the most incompetent logistics operation in the country. My package has been sitting in my own city for days, yet instead of delivering it, they are playing games and finding every possible excuse to keep it in their warehouse.
I’ve been told over the phone that they require a "UCP"—a term they can’t even define or explain when asked. It’s clearly just a stalling tactic used by staff who either don’t know how to do their jobs or simply refuse to do them.
The "customer service" is a joke. When I pushed for clarity and asked to speak with a supervisor to resolve their manufactured bottleneck, the agent took the coward’s way out and simply hung up the phone. This isn’t professional delivery; it’s a black hole for mail.
Avoid UPS Sweden at all costs. Use any other carrier if you actually want your items to arrive. They are lazy, unprofessional, and their communication is a total disgrace.

I sent two packages to Berlin with the same shipment. They were picked up together from my home. One package was delivered at home (no notifications, the driver just showed up and knocked on the door) while the other one was left at the UPS Access Point (no notification either, despite that the phone number of recipient was submitted). Since the recipient did not know of that the second package was at the Access Point (the driver could not tell) and she was expecting it to be delivered at home, it was never picked up and it is returned to me. I had to call their customer service to arrange a return to me and she could not guarantee that I would receive a notification. The whole thing is going to be costly for me since their inability to deliver correctly creates huge complications.
To summarize - never UPS again. It just does not feel safe.
PS: UPS leaves a generic and totally useless response to this review. Laughable...

Dog shit company. Will never use their services again unless I am forced to by some evil force. They didn't even try to call me, before they left after waiting for 3 minutes..... Now I need to wait a whole other day. Yay. Not the first time UPS has screwed me over.
Got no information at all for over 3 weeks. Just happend to check on the progress of the package today and saw that it "had been delivered" for 2 weeks and was jusy being returned to the sender today, so now i got to wait a couple weeks more!
Dead silent. No email, no phonecall, no SMS, nothing! How am I supposed to know where my package is if no info is being sent? Why would I pay for this "service" if the service part is missing?
