The customer service was top notch!
The ordering experience was a little difficult due to the possibility of upgrades and I got charged a few times. After a quick email, everything was resolved and I was impressed with the quality of service provided!

I made a purchase of $15.99 at Uproot Clean on January 13, 2026. It was delivered very fast! Upon opening my Order, I realized the item wasn't the same item I ordered. Uproot Clean Customer Service Team issued a Refund of $10.66 to my Credit Card Account on March 25, 2026, I sent an additional request for the missing credit of $5.33 and was told it will follow in late May, 2026 or early June, 2026. Updates will follow.

I would love to say the washing machine cleaner is great, but it’s been almost 4 weeks since my order. Kept giving me excuses then last week they said it was being shipped but the tracking number moved beyond waiting for shipping partner. Then this morning I get an email saying it might be shipped by 4/8. I don’t think this is a trust worthy company as I should have to keep inquiring to find the status of my order if there is a true reason why.
Great customer service as well as awesome products! I can hardly wait for my gloves to come! 5 stars on every thing! I will definitely purchase from Uproot again!

I had the BEST experience with the customer service via the website. I love my uproot cleaning kit but sadly one of my trimmer guards was damaged. I reached out and heard back within minutes and was able to work to order a replacement trimmer with new guards. I was blown away but how quickly the process took and how easy it was to chat via the website. Thankful for this company!!!

I love the pet glove wipes! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and giving my pooch a bath isn't easy. He hates baths and my limited mobility makes it extremely difficult. These wipes are wonderful, easy as petting him and they work. And I recently found out just how wonderful and quick to respond their customer service is. I wasn't ready for the next shipment yet when I got an email that my order was being processed. I emailed that I didn't need it yet and they cancelled the shipment and processed a refund, the same day I sent the email! Honestly, I have never received such quick and complete service the same day from any other company I've had to contact. Usually, it's 1 to 4 days later with sorry we can't stop this one, but... So, my impression is that the company is as wonderful as their products!

I actually like this product. It works well. When it works. I bought this product and groomed my dog with great results. But then I had to recharge the Clippers and they wouldn't recharge. I contacted the company to troubleshoot and was given suggestions and instructions of what to do. I described the problem to them, sent them videos and told them what didn't work. I even sent them the order number. But then they ghosted me. I wrote them again. Got a response, received a quick response but they ghosted me again and again. All I want is a new set of clippers. The product is well-made, except for the Clippers, which are defective. No matter how good a product is if the product doesn't work after just a couple weeks it's not worth it.

Uproot has an AMAZING product in their dog grooming kit! Simple and easy to use! It has already paid for itself in groomer visits not needed. One of my babies is a white golden retriever, and she has an extremely thick coat. This product goes right through her coat for a trim or a short cut in some places. Your babies won’t be scared at all either! It is super quiet and easy to use!! Also a HUGE shout out to their customer service! I needed a small part replaced on the trimmer, and they had me snap a quick photo, and a replacement was on the way very quickly. EVERY PET OWNER NEEDS ONE!!

The ordering process was easy but shipping was delayed by several weeks with no communication initiated about why the delay. When I reached out about the status of the order, response was not prompt and when the response came, no explanation was offered for the delay but discounts and a "free gift" was offered. When the product did ultimately arrive, it works as advertised.

I wish I had checked Facebook reivews prior to ordereing. It's been over a week, though nothing has shipped. That said, they had no issue immediately taking my payment.
I've reached out via email numberous times and Facebook messenger. Not a peep in reply. Nada. Zero. Zilch. I feel disgusted that like I've been scammed and robbed! Avoid this company at all costs. I feel lost how to recuperate my money.

Ordered product nearly two weeks ago. Status shows as "Unfullfilled"
Got an email from the founder. Obviously a boilerplate email stating how happy they were that I chose to do business with them. Email said to reply with any comments or complaints, they'll all be read.
I've sent three emails asking where my order is. No response.
After sending an email to cancel and asking PayPal to get my money back, miraculously a few days later, I get an email that the item has been shipped.
Still never heard a word back from customer service.

I ordered the washer tabs, and the cleaning glove back in mid December. (Both products listed as IN STOCK) I'm still waiting nearly a month later. I've sent at least 12 emails, because there is no number to call, with little response. Excuse, the glove is on back order. I've checked the site daily for order updates and product availability. They have my oder and both products are IN STOCK. Customer service is for garbage. I've made previous purchases from them in the past with no problems. I may have to cancel order entirely and report this as a fraud charge to my credit card company. Listing items as in stock is fraudulent if you dont have the product.

I placed an order three weeks ago and it has not shipped yet. The tracking link expired so I had to revive it and when I did, I can see that the order has not been fufilled yet. So I decided to email for a refund but the email on their website is no longer valid. Next I sent a Facebook message, but there was no response there either. Now I’m wondering if I will ever get the items or a a refund.

Placed an order December 25th. I have reached out 3 times to ask about order status and have received no reply. The order has never progressed past “order confirmed”. I will be contacting my bank to flag this company for fraud and receive a refund. Do not buy.

I am very pleased that I was allowed to pay the $99 for the item I purchased. It demonstrates respect for the customer and their pocketbook. However, when the grooming kit arrived with the extra bag I purchased it had a horrible smell of cigarette smoke. I am highly allergic to that particular scent, and I had to put the entire package outside because it permeated through the house. If leaving it outside for some time rids the odor I can keep the kit. I don't know how I can return it if the odor does not go away. The other package with the rest of my order did not have the same effect. I don't know why maybe it was sent from someplace else. Thank you for letting me explain.
