This was a replacement order for a severly damaged one. It still had some damaged magnets in it. The first time we ordered they were all great, second time almost every single one with damage, replacement for the second time the majority were in good shape but still had 10% with damage.

The Uprinting website is very easy to interface with when it comes to creating custom artwork/posters and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Not what I wanted at all….you gave me a white piece of sticky paper with the letters nowhere near the size I asked for…the white paper was the size but the lettering was why to small

I really love my product. The assistance people was so nice and sent an email with concerns about the print quality and I explained that the art was correct. When I received my product was absolute awesome. I really recommend this company.

Overall they were a good company to work with but beware that shipping is about $20 even for standard. Additionally, my order came a bit crumpled on the edge which was frustrating, but since it is vinyl I assume it will flatten out without too much issue over time, if you order to come at least a few days ahead of when you actually need it. Also they put a "thank you for your order" sticker ON the poster and when I pulled it off it left residue! That is so not okay for a poster. So that is definitely a ding. So I would recommend them with some caveats.

The gift certificates were perfect that I ordered, but I did not receive my envelopes. I tried speaking to somebody but amazes me that they have no proof on the packaging that they sent me with no envelopes inside

I have been a loyal customer of UPrinting.com for over 18 years. Every year, I rely on them to print the official booklets for the Myrtle Beach International Film Festival — now in its 21st year and South Carolina’s longest-running film festival — as well as bulk one-sheets (movie posters) for our theatrical releases.This year’s magazine printing was, without question, the best we’ve ever received.
The entire experience was elevated by their outstanding professional staff and team. Our sales representative was exceptional, she was — extremely knowledgeable, polite, and proactive. She moved the entire production process forward quickly and efficiently, all while keeping our team completely stress-free. To top it off, the order arrived two days ahead of schedule.
We continue to choose UPrinting for many reasons, but one stands out the most: while many companies start cutting corners after years of success in an effort to increase profits, UPrinting consistently improves — both in customer service and product quality.
In today’s business world, that level of dedication and continuous improvement is truly rare. From our side, it makes working with them not just reliable, but an actual pleasure.

I called literally less than 24 hours later to cancel the order because it was not correct and I needed to change the QR code and they wouldn't let me cancel. I ended up paying over $60 for stickers that I can't even use. Bad customer service. I would understand them not allowing me to cancel if it were a day or two later but I called less than a day later to try and resolve the issue and they refused to allow me to send a new image or get a refund. Not shopping here again.

First package arrived damaged. A replacement was sent out but without damages. However the first two minutes of driving at highway speeds, both magnets fell off my truck and got run over by another vehicle causing damage beyond repair. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Thank you UPrinting. I have received my magnetic business cards promoting my upcoming memoir. They look really good, exactly what I ordered. Arrived one day late but that's OK. I look forward to doing more business with this company.
