Bad Investment
I recently invested into this company through a process called crowdfunding. After Upright Oats accepted my investment the campaign ended 2 months later which the founder thanked each and everyone of 1100 investors for their help and support. Shortly after that, the founder announced that due to changing from LLC to C Corp., they had to roll back some investments cause they were dis-allowed in the process. I called the founder on her non sense and ask her to remedy her decision and stated she did not have the authority and it was out of her control. The real reason, as per Republic, the process of cancellation of investments is at the discretion of the filer. Upright Oats canceled 585 investors and selectively kept 515 investors. Products may be ok, business practices not so much. Do not do business or invest in this company.
