A bad company
Unfortunately, my experience with Upress was disappointing. The setup process was far more complicated than expected, and there was a lack of clear instructions in several places, which is particularly frustrating for less experienced users.
Performance also left a lot to be desired – loading times were noticeably slower in some cases than with comparable providers. On top of that, support didn’t always respond promptly, meaning issues remained unresolved for unnecessarily long periods.
Overall, I got the impression that there is still plenty of room for improvement here, particularly in terms of user-friendliness and customer service. For a specialist WordPress hosting provider, I would have expected significantly higher quality and reliability.
