From the initial message on instagram to viewing the bracelet was so easy and hassle free. I then took delivery and needed making slightly larger, even though a hassle know doubt for most or a great opportunity to make a big mark up on it as they know you will struggle to get anyone else to be able to do what is needed. Curtis did the adjustment for very little in my opinion and within a couple of days.

Will definitely be using again & recommending to friends and family.

I enquired about a piece that Curtis advertised on social media and got a speedy reply. The piece was very very competitively priced. I couldn’t get to collect the watch until a Sunday (when Up North Watches are not usually open) but Curtis kindly agreed to come in and arrange collection despite over an hour to travel to meet me.
