Warning

Warning, a big scam: they do not accept debit cards, only credit cards. They charge you large amounts and then do not return them because refunds cannot be made to the same card. In general, they appear to want to cooperate — LIES."

Have tried to get my money back, but so far, no reply. Will have to file a complaint with my bank. Re-applied through the official channel: uk.gov. Couldn't' check whether I had a real application with the scammers of Upmax-Global.com.

Bunch of thieves

Bunch of thieves! Applied by accident for an ETA for the UK in their site. They took € 205!! From my creditcard. That’s about £ 167 instead of £ 16 if you apply through the only genuine site GOV.UK. I could swear I was on the last site when I applied. Don’t know what went wrong. All dodgy as hell. Do not apply for anything there. You pay 8 times more and they don’t provide you with the right documents. A big scam!

SCAM!!!!

I thought I was visiting the official website for ETA application... Which turned out to be not. €195 for probably nothing? I hope my bank can solve something in this.
Gets me so angry, go earn your money in a different way in stead of scamming hard working people 😡

Got scammed by Upmax Global

Got scammed by Upmax Global. Tried to get two ETA visa's to travel to the UK through uk.gov page suddenly the charged me €209,74 per person when I checked the bank transfer. For one person I had to make a new upload because the first didn't work. So for one person they charged me twice!

How can you still trust trustpilot if…

How can you still trust trustpilot if you see all these 5 stars comments. Non of them are real. There is not even one comment that talk about the price, which is extremely high.
If you go to the official ETA site, you pay about 12 pounds, its a big difference of the 223 euro that I paid and you don’t even get an official approval.
Everything goes really fast and before you know you are paying an amount that’s
almost invisible. Its really sad to rip off people in this way. Hopefully this review will help

No transparency on the pricing

No transparency on the pricing, no indication, no email order/confirmation, no references between the ETA approval and the payment. They charged €170 while standard this is around €15. A scam, no more.

Don't believe in the positive reviews…

Don't believe in the positive reviews on Truspilot! I suppose, they can only be bought ones!
Why should anyone knowingly and gladly buy a UK ETA for more than 220 Euros, if the same service costs just 12 Euros at the official UK government website or app?
The best thing is that we paid more than 2 x 220 Euros for absolutely nothing. We didn't even get an ETA as we weren't registered for UK, which we found out by ordering two ETAs there for 12 Euro each afterwards. If we would have already been registered (as UPMAX told us), the official registry process would have noticed that we are already registered, which we were not. Hence this this "ETA service" is just scam and fraud!
By the way, meanwhile my AVG Internet Security doesn't even let me enter the UPMAX website again. Instead, a warning pops up that their website is most likely a fraudulent eShop.
