Initially great but super concerned about their setup now
Initially this was a fairly easy process with no major concerns other than the incredibly high interest rate. However, this most recent request has highlighted some really concerning issues with their site and setup. The site is incredibly slow, the online agent just stalls if you ask to be transferred to a live agent. The “hello" and “customerservice" emails are bouncing back w/errors because they’re being forwarded to “afandino at covisian.com” which is undeliverable now. Both customer service numbers on their site drop you into an “all agents are busy” loop, no one ever picks up or calls back. Their emails are clearly working since they can send a payment reminder with no issue…but apparently can’t support customers or process anything? I don’t know what happened to their setup but this has completely destroyed any trust or confidence I had in this company.
