Faulty product; cynical customer service, attempted fraud

Ordered heated gloves, tried to use them but they did not heat so requested return/refund. Uplift rep with poor command of English initially offered me just 30% refund and keep the gloves. Several days of dialogue followed while I rejected each subsequent, slightly improved offer. Finally accepted 80% back and no need to mail gloves to China. Then they tried to put through an unauthorized charge on my card, prompting my card co to change the number. In other words, thoroughly untrustworthy, manipulative and shoddy company. Avoid.

This heater puts out minimal heat even…

This heater puts out minimal heat even in a small space, and I was not aware that the purchase put me on the subscription list for a monthly charge. Very misrepresented on the product, and very dishonest on the subscription trick.

Uplift deals is a Scam

This company is a scam. After ordering a jacket sized according to the size chart on the site, I received a product that was no where near the proper size. I paid for expedited shipping, and a warranty. The product arrived over a month later. After notifying custome service, I was offered a replacement, and they sent me a different size chart. I asked for assistance, and sent them my actual measurements to make sure they could send me a proper size. About a month later I received another product that did not fit. This product was 3 sizes above what my usual size is. Typically, I'm an XL... this product was a 4XL and it fit me like is was a M. Now they claim to have fulfilled their obligation for returns, will not send a product that will actually fit, and will not issue a refund. I'm out $163.00 and have nothing to show for it. Uplift deals is a scam

Uplift deals is a scam. They do not ship anything. When contacted they offer a 50 percent refund. They answer emails and there's no one in THE US THAT YOU CAN DEAL WITH. They should not be allowed to do business anywhere.

Ordered a heated vest

Ordered a heated vest. It did not come till we called and complained and then never worked right. Started heating once and would never turn on again. Called about it not working and was told they have no return or refund policy. But they would give back 20%. They also tried to charge a $29 membership fee without us knowing. This is not the company we ordered from. I would not get anything through them. Seems like a scam.

HeatPro is a scam. So is UpliftDeals.

I ordered a HeatPro space heater from this company and what I received was something totally different. The advertisement said it was the best space heater, had temperature controls, safety features and would hold the temp at any given set amount. What I got was a very cheap heater with an on/off switch. No temperature dial and no safety features. It is either on or off, and can't regulate temps because it just runs when turned on.
After receiving it, I got in touch with the company and they offered me 20% back and I could keep the heater. Finally got them to send 50% back, but now I own a heater I have to babysit.

Received the wrong heater

Received the wrong heater, completely different. Emails and phone calls were not helpful, at least 6 attempts. Extended warranty is a scam, only good for 30 days. The heater they sent wouldn't even heat a bathroom 40sq ft. I got the refund after I told them I used PayPal and would involve them.

Fraud

I ordered 1 heater. $79.99 with discount. Immediately after payment
I recieved a fraud alert and my CC had been charged $244 00. Within 5 minutes of ordering I told the bank it was fraudulent and they froze my card.
This appears to be a bad company to deal with IMHO.

Shady company

First off, i ordered an electric jacket and tried to cancel my order within the first 3 hours because of wrong size. I was assured the correct size would be send so i didn't cancel. Next, i was unknowingly enrolled into a membership that i did not want. I was able to cancel and get reimbursed. I waited for a month and never got any kind of tracking information. When i did recieve jacket, it was the wrong size. When i contacted customer service, i was told i could only get a partial refund. They wanted pictures showing the jacket was the wrong size so i sent pictures. I never heard back from that so i called again. I was offered a 30% refund and i said no. I explained the situation and said i had emailed to prove my claim for a full refund. I was then offered 40%, then 50%, and finally a 70% refund. I reluctantly accepted to 70%. Very dissatisfied with the outcome. Avoid uplift deals if at all possible. All in all, i am out more than $50, but have an electric jacket that would fit an 8 year old.

HeatStream Pro

HeatStream Pro, Buyers Beware
I purchased the above heater based on an online review. They rated it their No. 1 choice.
The product description boasts "Transforms rooms from 24°F to 78° in under 2 minutes." Are you kidding me? I can hardly feel the heat from 3 feet away with the heater set to high. It also says "Heats 400 square foot rooms..." I operated the heater for 8 hours and I also expected the heater to be larger than what I received. It's about the size of my men's size 10 shoe. This heater is only good for warming feet under a desk or table. I'm applying for a full refund from PayPal.

Uplift is a scam

Uplift is a scam. I ordered an Apex space heater that was supposed to arrive for Christmas. I received it January 18th. It is not an Apex, which is made in Canada. This is a cheap knock-off from China.

It took 1 month to arrive a worthless piece

It took 1 month to arrive. When it came I plugged it in, it worked for 5 minutes, and that was the end of this useless piece. To add insult to injury, a few days after receiving the item, I was billed thru paypal for an extended warranty which I refused.

Hidden monthly membership fee, poor quality products

I purchased heated socks and paid extra for expedited shipping. Afterward, I was unknowingly enrolled in a membership and charged $32.09. I contacted the company, canceled the membership, and was told I would receive a refund.

The socks arrived 13 business days after purchase, which is reasonable, but the quality was disappointing. They are not rechargeable, require three AA batteries per sock (not included), and the short wires prevent me from pulling the socks up fully. I can also feel the wires under my feet when walking.

When I called about the unexpected $32.09 charge, I also asked about returning the socks. I was told refunds aren’t offered once an order has shipped, even though their website states refund inquiries can be made within 30 days of delivery. I’ve emailed a refund request and am waiting to see if they honor it.
