As a Hyatt member, UpgradeMyTrip was honestly a game changer for me. I got to stay in a suite using a SUA and it was SO comfortable! I felt super spoiled the whole time.
Since I wasn’t paying full suite rate, I saved a good chunk of money which made it feel even better.
The pricing was pretty reasonable too, which I wasn’t expecting.

I’ll be honest, I was kinda nervous at first since I would never used the service before. But their customer service was super responsive and actually answered all my questions before I even paid!!
