Horrible customer service. I put in a ticket more than a week ago. They say someone will call within 24 hours and I still haven't heard from anyone. But they keep increasing their charges. My rep is on vacation for the week and has no one covering for her either...

This company charges a fortune for poor service they were charging us nearly $300 a month for faxes most of which we did not request . Their response you can delete them yet we were still charged for them The program was part of Practice Fusion. We switched to ZOOM fax. Its significantly cheaper and much easier to use . DOn't wast your money on this software it is a complete ripoff

Got my test results after going to the DR for Bronchitis and my thyroid. I was sent my results but 1. Only recognized the first part of my last name ,so said I basically did not Exist(possibly because the office staff are High School and Jr College students and probably entered the name wrong). 2. Once we go it re sent , it asked for a 5 digit pin I set up (on my phn after having to download it 4-5 times). When I go to the computer, it only gives me space for 4 digits- so only capable of being read in ant dropping sized print on the phone. 3. After expanding phone screen - the result were in Medical language - I don't have a medical degree- tried to look up terms in google. 4. It tried to recommend medications for diseases I don't have , then in smaller print , says or it could be due to infection (no kidding thats why I went to the Dr). The rest I could not even understand to look things up.

I switched to JotForms from them because you can't upload company logo onto forms. It takes forever to make a form because you have to drag a new section from the bottom to wherever you want it if you add it afterwards. I only use it for forms so I can't comment off their messaging and telehealth services.
