Hey all, I fell into this scam too. I was charged $29.99 on three occasions. I went to the contact form on their website and requested they cancel my membership and issue me a full refund for the three transactions. I threatened legal action / a class action lawsuit and I had a full refund credited to my bank account within an hour. Give that a try if you're having a hard time getting all of your money back from these lowlifes.

This is a full scam. I never received my juicer I check the tracking and it says it here or there I don’t know where it is. You can’t even contact them. All of the comments on social media are fake.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered one of those lawn sweeper things. It made it from China supposedly. YunExpress was the first delivery service. They handed it off to GoFoExpress, also supposedly. Today is June 9th, '25. It says it was delivered on May 17th, '25. YunExpress said to contact GoFoExpress to see what happened. GoFo said that the name and address on my tracking number weren't mine. YunExpress and UpCentral never responded to my request for information or a refund. The name and address the item was supposedly delivered to 1) don't have anyone by the name that was listed on my package, and 2) it's an actual Post & Parcel store that doesnt even accept packages from those courier services. If I didn't know any better, I would say this was 100% a scam. Do NOT purchase from them. Learn from my experience. I sure did.

The package was delivered to the wrong place. I have tried calling and emailing, and nobody has gotten back to me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!

Never received my item. I was following the tracking of my package I ordered on 5-6. The package was going everywhere but here the last item was in Ohio then I looked at the tracking today 6-6 and it says it was delivered on 6-2 they changed all the tracking info to make it look like it was shipped to me from. They changed all the tracking like how it was supposed to look like if the item were actually shipped to my location. This site is a scam period do not order from them.

Ordered a couple of things, never received it. Said it was delivered which in fact it never was. Ask about a refund and Emily said out of good faith they will refund me 25% of the cost to me.
This is a Scam!! Just don't and walk away. Honestly they can burn in hell.

Ordered 2 by mistake but cool with it. But a month ago. Tracking info sucks. At “USPS” for the longest. Really feel scammed…

Order shipped to the wrong address. I wish the FBI could stop companies like this because they're getting orders and purposely sending them to the wrong address. When you contact UpCentral they ghost you after the response "we will contact you within 48-72". Ordered 4/4 contacted them 4/30. They responded May 1 it is now May 23rd 2025 and no refund for not receiving my order.

Refund notification received.

Paid for a juicer that was never received. Tracking was fake information. The USPS tracks their orders and I can see when I have a delivery even days out. My order was never sent to the USPS. Emily was emailing as if she was looking into the courier service that delivered never heard anything back. They stopped responding. I went back and left this info on the original Facebook post where I saw it and they have blocked me I can’t even see their advertisement anymore. Sad because they will loose way more than they are stealing from innocent people. You reap what you sew

0-Star Review – Scammy Experience, Terrible Customer Service

I waited over TWO MONTHS for my order from UpCentral. USPS delivered it to the WRONG address — not even close to mine. At first, they admitted it was their error. Then they suddenly backtracked and claimed it wasn’t. Classic gaslighting.

Their “customer service rep” (who I’m convinced isn’t real — probably a standard name like “Emily” they slap on all replies) offered a 25% refund for a product I NEVER received. Really? That’s your solution?

This place is a JOKE. Customer service is non-existent. No accountability. No resolution. No refund. Just excuses and stalling.

I’ll never buy from them again. And based on all the complaints I’ve now found, I should’ve known better — this company is basically a scam with a storefront.

Do yourself a favor: stay far away.

If I could rate no stars i would. This website is a scam. Thankfully my credit card declined the monthly charge even though I cancelled my account so I wouldn’t get charged. They also sent fake tracking info that didn’t even go to the right address, then stopped responding to my emails completely when I asked for my money back. This site needs to be shut down asap.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I ordered a step exercise machine from them. I even paid extra for the delivery tracking number. They took my money and sent the machine to another address in another state and country. I contacted them and they said they was looking into what went wrong. I left it for few weeks after not hearing anything from these scammers, I reach out to them to find any update and now they are ignoring my emails. They are real scammers that will take your money. AVOID THESE MONSTERS who steal your money. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw an ad on Facebook for an item listed on the UpCentral Store site. I gave it a try and unfortunately looks like I got scammed. The item says it was delivered today… but to a house 6 hours away. I reached out to the email so we’ll see what they say. I tried calling multiple times, but the automated message says they are busy and to send an email, then it hangs up. I just noticed that they deleted their Facebook page too.

SCAM ALERT RED FLAG. Nobody shop with them please if y’all don’t wanna loose money I wish I saw the reviews before I spent my money. this company is a scam that delivers items to wrong address and they do this on purpose to all the customers I see I’m reporting them. And getting there web page deleted im reporting them to they payment system Shopify and everyone should. to I never knew people could be so down bad like this. I wish I knew who they was I’ll do them in so bad. Cause y’all are real scammers

Really wish I saw these reviews before I ordered the lawn sweeper.... Never delivered, no response from customer support. This place is definitely a scam. Don't involve yourself with this place and save your money, time, and sanity.

Full scam. I was charged twice and item never delivered. I’m looking into legal action. Called Credit card company to report fraud.

This company deserves less than 1 star tbh . I never received my juicer that I paid $29.99 for because it was delivered to the wrong address but instead of issuing me a full refund or sending me another package they only offered me a partial refund for my misdelivered package. I am disgusted by the lack of urgency in this matter . I would never again order from this company .
