It’s not often that you get someone that understands what you’re looking for, specially when it comes to having a creative design done from scratch, I can honestly say that Jack has gone out of his way for us and was easy to work with, the work he did for us was quality and we were very happy with everything he has done.

They have taken 275£ from me and not provided any services. They done this on two different occasions.
Companies House record show they are dissolved, and they are still charging people money.

The documents were sent on a number of occasions to this company and Trustpilot. The issues were not addressed. I just want to know why this company ghosted me and took my money.

If the company record shows they are dissolved. They shouldn't be trading under this brand, anyway, in any capacity.

If they crossed reference the invoices, the services were not given. They said I needed a facebook page to do the marketing. But I have one. I did not deny access to my fb page. That is a lie. The reason I didn't pay the remaining 100£, because the fb campaign was never attempted in the first place. I did not deny access. This must be the most silliest reason I heard all day. Why would I pay that last 100£ then for a fb campaign to deny access. It makes no sense, of course I wanted a fb campaign, in an ongoing basis. I think the company is a rip off.

If all is not possible above, why not just refund my 100£, which I paid for the last invoice. Because all they did for that invoice, was a Silly Poster or (fb Picture) for that last 100£. I think this is a rip off, and services denied, even though they charged me

That Chris didn't get back to my messages for several weeks, or tell me what you stated now below. Even though I asked for an explanation for weeks now.

If you can't provide the services for whatever reason. Just refund as simple as that.

There is no defamation. I just want the service I paid for. Or a refund if no service. We live in 21st century Britain not anywhere else

This is last time, I will repeat myself. i did not deny access to my fb business page. You said, you didn't receive the correct access to my Facebook Page via Meta Business Manager. All you had to do is ask for it, is not rocket science. I don't recollect that it was an issue at the time. Please provide correspondences that i been asked and denied access to fb page. I was not informed about the access requirements and next steps. There is truly a misunderstanding between you and the staffs and your company. Staff namely Chris who stated that his father died on the day and was not able to work or get cover for him. After that I don't hear again

There were no communication between Chris, Mark and me later on. I asked for a refund many many times. Nobody came back to me and explained the situation. Like, you have done now. I can show WhatsApp messages too . How many times I had to chase them for any explanation or maybe a refund

You state you can share records privately with Trustpilot. To tell them, I was informed about access requirements and next steps. When i wasn't aware it was an issue at the time. Unless this is properly documented. I don't believe it took place.

Now you might have the whole time to come back and forth. But unfortunately, I have a living to make, unlike others.

This is the last correspondence you are getting from me. I am only going to communicate via Trustpilot.

Terrible service, ignored , now losing business , website and emails which have vital booking info has not been transferred to new host after a month of requests only went with new host due to several prior issues,

They are liars they charge money

Michael is not a real person and their business has fake addresses and they are a Pakistani out fit that will cheat you out of your hard earned money. Never trust these liars they do not care and will keep pushing to raise there price and at the end you get nothing and they have fake reviews.

Michael from start to finish was very helpful and good with my lack of technology knowledge very helpful in design of my logos and definitely in new year going to do a website with them so good and happy with the finished product thank you 😊
