My child has Autism and has been extremely reluctant to use the toilet and would just go in his nappy, this time last year I tried throughout the holidays to just use pants on him but it didnt matter how many times a day I changed him and many times he also refused and in his words' il stay in wet dont changed me ' i just gave up and went back to nappys however I was determined that this year during this six weeks holidays that the nappy had to go.

I found out about Upairy and decided to order 10 pairs, I ordered size L , he is six and he is very small for his age but they were slightly too small for him so I contacted Upairy and they sent me out the next size up XL and they fit him perfectly.

The first week there was no response, he would just use them like a nappy and would show no response when wet but suddenly during the second week he was saying I need the toilet.

So here we are after a long six weeks and my son is at last toilet trained ( for wee anyway still a long way to go for number 2's but one hurdle at a time.

I really recommend UpAiry, especially for those children like mine with SEN needs.

My experience with UpAiry has been absolutely appalling. I placed ONE order. They advertised “free” items with my first purchase — surprise, surprise, I NEVER RECEIVED THEM.

But apparently that wasn’t the worst part.

Without me realising that I was agreeing to any ongoing subscription, I then found myself being charged EVERY MONTH an absolutely ridiculous amount of money for GUMMIES.

Seriously?!

If a customer is going to be enrolled into a recurring monthly subscription, that should be displayed in HUGE, UNMISSABLE letters before payment. Customers should not have to discover it afterwards by finding unexpected charges on their card.

I genuinely cannot understand how this is considered an acceptable way to treat customers. The “free” products never arrived, I ended up with a subscription I never knowingly wanted, and money has been repeatedly taken from my card for ridiculously overpriced gummies.

What was supposed to be a simple one-off purchase turned into an absolute nightmare.

I feel completely misled and furious about the whole experience. I would NEVER order from UpAiry again and I certainly would never recommend them to anyone.

CHECK VERY CAREFULLY WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BEFORE GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD DETAILS.

Absolutely disgraceful experience.

The deal was good and the package came on time. The product was in very good condition. My 4 year old just got started on her first week.

The order is correct and very quick. No issues to report.

Beware of the “free gift” gummies subscription
I purchased potty-training underwear from UpAiry and received Kids Tummy Gummies advertised as a “FREE GIFT.” The gummies appeared in my cart at $0.00.
About one month later, I unexpectedly received an email confirming a new gummies order for $58 CAD. This was how I discovered that the “free gift” had resulted in a recurring monthly subscription.
I contacted UpAiry less than one hour after receiving the new order confirmation and asked them to cancel it. The next day, I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Another concerning issue is that when I checked my UpAiry customer account, I could not see any active subscription, recurring price, renewal date, or visible option to cancel the subscription.
After further correspondence, UpAiry eventually cancelled the subscription and agreed to refund the $58 CAD charge, which I appreciate.
However, I am leaving this review because I believe customers should be extremely careful when accepting the advertised “FREE” gummies. Make sure you understand whether you are being enrolled in a recurring paid subscription.
I have also submitted a consumer complaint to Service Alberta regarding the way this subscription offer is presented.

I am truly grateful for the assistance provided. I encountered some difficulties with my order due to delivery issues, which were successfully resolved with their help. The customer service was truly outstanding. I eagerly anticipate trying their product once it has been delivered

Kimberly from customer support was very helpful in replacing my order the next size up when the training pants we received did not fit! With no need to return the previous pairs, for future use or donation. Above and beyond!

The ordering process is easy!

The tracking shows up in your email so you know when it's coming, and when it arrives. Reasonable pricing, good CS, fast shipping. That's all anyone can ask for!

The quality of the items are good however when I purchased they sent a free tub of vitamins with the order. A month later I have been charged £31 for another tub as the free gift that I didn’t select starts a subscription.

Unfortunately, as other users have pointed out, it's at worst a scam, and at best a site that uses extremely dodgy online sales tactics.

They will offer you "free" stuff, which just gets automatically added to your cart. You cannot take the free gummies without being automatically subscribed to a recurring subscription for those gummies.

You most likely (like me) will have no idea whatsoever that you've been subscribed to this recurring delivery, which is essentially a jar of kids lollies for about AUD $70 a month.

Then in 4 weeks time, they will just charge your card. No warning, no nothing. You can email them, they won't reply. There's no interface where you can log in and cancel this subscription. Literally the only mechanism that they specify is to email them.

Don't fall for this dodgy company like I did. Don't believe the sales hype. Get your child's undies somewhere (literally anywhere) else.

Underwear does not do what’s advertised and they charged me 39.99$ for a subscription I did not ask for! They have not emailed me back or issued a refund .

It was easy to order and great timing on delivery.

Great sale! Was able to get 10 pair for a very reasonable price. Great quality. Let potty training begin!!

Still has leaks and no wet feeling my daughter wasn’t able to express she had to use the bathroom.

UpAiry diaper or potty train ing diaper I am using it. It’s going smooth. I believe my kids finally will understand and potty trained.

The communication within this company needs some work. There was an issue with the address. I didn't catch it till the order was placed. I emailed immediately and several times after that. Finally after a few days, someone finally answered but said they couldn't do anything about it and gave no solutions. I had to email twice more to get them to answer and even then they were giving excuses. Other companies I order from get back with me almost immediately. I will never order from this company again.

SCAM!!! Once you make one purchase they’ll use your card info to charge you again and again, and again for nothing!!! I was just protected by my bank by freezing and terminating my card because they’ve been attempting several times to get money out of it! WHATCH OUT, people!!!
When it comes to the product, it’s okay but nothing special and they still make a mess like normal panties. They sent me as well some “tummy gummies” you’re supposed to give YOUR CHILD that were with a producing date a week after they actually send it together with the panties. WHATCH OUT!!! And then they didn’t send the paper pamphlet that was purchased with the panties.
Honestly, I would’ve let it all go without saying a thing but when today I got my card terminated because they’ve were attempting payments after payments, I better WARN YOU, guys!!
Very disappointed!!

Grachelle was super helpful and attentive via email. She helped me get the sizes that I need for my child with little to no effort on my part. I also love their products and the quality. Disposables get sooo expensive and this reusable pull up solution is so worth it! Plus, they don’t make a mess like traditional underwear! Keeps everything contained while helping my little ones awareness of what their bodies are doing.

In ordering the underwear the company will try to add on a bunch of other items and try to make them look like deals. It was advertised that I could get a set of “free gummies” with my order.

Little did I know I would start being charged 80$ a month for these gummies. As a busy mom who was in the midst of trying to order with a 1 and 2 yo in her arms I’m extremely frustrated and will never order from this company again
