I placed in my order on a holiday, nothing of concern. I realized I had input my shipping address incorrectly and panicked. I submitted an email to UpAiry’s customer support team that same day and knew they wouldn’t be able to get to it until after the holiday. They responded letting me know they had updated and corrected my information that very next morning! So thank you so much to Lai from the UpAiry team! I can now calmly sit back and wait for our items. My family and I are so excited to try your products, wish us luck on our potty training journey!

Got them in the mail washrd them and tryed the next day and within the first time he peed in them they soaked right threw just like all the other training pants we have bought. Took pics of them immediately afterwards but no where to upload them

This company is a 100% scam. They advertise training underwear for a reasonable price (which aren't good quality) and then automatically enroll you in a $120/mo subscription for gummies that you never asked for. It took me 3 months to notice because im very busy so they extracted $360 from me. Basically $400 for 5 crappy training underwear. There's a special place in you know where for yhese scammers

A Scam. Ordered potty training pants and got them along with supplements which turned out to be a subcription for the supplements. Would be fine if kt was the upairy pants… also pants wet after child peeing for them.

These training pants are great if your child only does small wee’s or just needs them as a precaution while their quickly getting to the potty/toilet
If your child like mine is right at the beginning of potty training then their no help really, and especially if your child like mine drinks a lot and does BIG wee’s because they do not hold all that much when the pants have absorbed what it can it just runs down their legs which really defeats the object of them you may aswell just do the naked method potty training
Would I buy them again? No, all children are different but they have a big price tag for what they are
Also when ordering you automatically get put on a subscription for the gummies they sell, so make sure you cancel that I had to google how to do it because they don’t make it simple

I had the most amazing experience with the upairy email support. I ordered pants for my son which turned out to be too small and I was having a bit of trouble. They responded fast, were so understanding and helped me through the whole process. I have never had as good of an experience with a business as I did with Upairy. 100 percent recommend !

They took care of an issue with my order and made it right.

They leak. Also they sign you up for a mysterious subscription without prior knowledge and charge you monthly. Don't waste your money.

This company is bullshit I order nappy for my daughter for Puti training but it’s not that nappy .
On website it show that nappy never be leak but it’s leaks .

I ordered these trainer pants to help with my 2 year old granddaughter’s toilet training. The products are excellent quality and I love all the different patterns they come in. They are so cute and my granddaughter loves wearing them. They don’t hold a lot of wee, but that is the point. They have really helped with the transition and my granddaughter is now only wearing them at night, with a slight relapse when she had a cold.
The only down side is that they have to come from the other side of the world to the UK so they take roughly 2 weeks to arrive. There are tracking updates which are a bit vague but let you know they are still on their way. A generic email from the company also gives a bit of reassurance. My daughter said they are worth it though!!

I placed my order on 8/24/26. As of 10/8/26, I still have not received anything. I message customer service around the middle of September, and firstly, it is almost impossible to get through to someone. Secondly, the person promised me a refund and said it would take 7-10 days to receive. As of 10/8/2026 I still have not received the refund. I message them again, and the refund was never initiated like the initial customer service person promised. Beware of this company. It seems to be a China scam company.

I only bought these because the seller specifically promised that they would not leak. Unfortunately, they leak every single time my child wees in them, and the leakage is mainly from the sides.

Yes, nothing leaks through the centre, but the urine simply comes out through the sides. My child’s trousers and whatever they are sitting on — the carpet, sofa, etc. — end up completely wet every time.

I bought these specifically because I expected them to prevent leaks, or at least significantly reduce them. Instead, they are no different from regular underwear. The only difference is that they don’t leak through the middle — the urine just escapes through the sides instead. This is especially bad when my child is sitting down.

Honestly, they are extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. They are no better than the similar underwear you can buy on Amazon.
