The items purchased are excellent. Great quality, beautiful designs and not to mention the most excellent Customer Service. Their service is executed in an exemplary fashion. Just as fashionable as the styles they create.

Everything is beautiful! I ordered in large. The only problem i have are the sleeves seem unusually small on a large and tight.

Horrible, do not buy from here. Clothes look nothing like advertised and they refuse to provide an address when you try to return. They continually tell you it’s expensive to ship to China and offer a tiny amount to refund. Absolutely not worth it, complete fraud.

Very bad company, the worst online shopping company I have ever experienced. The clothing styles and quality are not matching as I saw from website, shipment delayed, CS is not supportive, when asked for Refund, no more reply from the company

It took a very little mg time to receive the item and it doesn't fit. Sending back for a refund.

I was a bit unnerved that when I bought 2 dresses and tried to track the shipping process that it was all in Chinese. There was no box to change to English, that is not good.
I did receive the dresses and each time I emailed the company, the response was quick and helpful. The dresses are exactly what I was looking for, good quality material. This balanced out my initial experience.

I ordered two dresses from Uoozee. They did not fit well so I wanted to return the dresses. I called their Customer service and they indicated that I needed to return them to their office in China. The site did not mention where to return the dresses. Instead the company offered me $20. Later they emailed me that they would give me $40 and, I could keep the dresses. I have no use for the dresses and I insisted I'd return the dresses and they would pay my postage to return the dresses. I have yet to hear from them. I am very frustrated. All I want is the money I paid for the dresses and a prepaid label so I can return the dresses to their office in China. Uoozee company cannot be trusted.

My wife ordered over $900 of clothing, did not like it and tried to return it. Uoozee said all returns must be shipped to China, offered us $400 to keep the order. I insisted on returning and followed their instructions exactly. After several months, the packages were returned to me from China. Postage was over $200. Customer service again offered $400 and I agreed. It is now several months later and we have not received the $400 refund. They promise easy returns but returns are impossible. Customer service no longer responds to my emails. Beware of this company.

Your clothes are well made and very trendy:) I am in my sixties and your outfits give me "cred" with the younger generations. I do have to be choosey about the items I pick since your models are all so young, long, with long legs...and I am short. Thanks.

In the end I got an acceptable results. Initially when I submitted my problem I felt like I was being attacked. The response questioned the reason I gave for the return which was the size. When we purchase on line there is no guarantee of a perfect fit and sometime there needs to be a change. Also I received black and the respondent insisted that I was sent navy blue. Then there was zero inventory of what I wanted so I had to settle. I work with a lot of homeless shelters and women's shelters so I was able to donate. That was an acceptable end.

The Jacket and pants I ordered fit small. Although I was careful about the size when ordering, the outfit was several sizes too small. I would have loved to exchange the items to get a larger size, however the process in returning items was very disillusioning. I asked several times for the precise address to return the items and was given the run around. I did send the items back to the China address given. A day later i was sent another address in China to use. I love the outfits advertised by Uoozee because they fit my style, But the return and communication process is awful. I won't be recommending Uoozee to my friends who like the styles.

The tracking is good, but takes a while to receive updates. I love the quality and style of the clothing. Honestly I wish they didn’t take so long to come! Other than that I really like this clothing brand.

The ordering process was fine. Today is December 3rd and I'm still waiting on my order. I think the site should say your order will take 3 or more weeks to arrive.
