I do not recommend this store.

I ordered clothes for 108 USD but never received my order. The order status was marked as fulfilled, but no package was delivered and no courier contacted me.

I contacted customer service multiple times requesting a refund but received no response. They only continue to send marketing emails.

I had to open a dispute with my bank (chargeback).

Be careful before ordering from this website

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! this is a scam I ordered an item they claimed they ran out but the item is still on the site with a 22% discount. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don't be a victim, the 60 dollars I lost will be worth it if you share the information and dont fall foe the scam.

I was very disappointed with the length of time it took to receive my order and I still have not received the complete order and I have been unable to track the order. So could you please tell me when I will receive the rest of my order??????

I ordered pants and they were to tight , sending back was to expensive so we agreed that I add on some money and get right size , keep the smaller for grandaughter . Order satisfied pants are great.

The order took a bit of time to get here...I ordered my true size, and I can't even get the dress across my breast. Very disappointing as I had ordered it for a special occasion. Now, I am back at square one with needing an outfit.

I purchased Feb 28 and I wanted to track my order but no shows in SHOP app and no email response too even in the FB messenger. No trace No response! I will still try to contact them until after 15 days. If nothing, I will sue this company.

I ordered formal dresses on 2/8 and still have not received them and won’t have them for the event for which I ordered them.

I purchased 9 different pieces of clothing for the first time. Al of the garments are exactly as shown online. The fit is true to size and the material far exceeded my expectations! It took about 3 weeks to receive my order (as advertised). Overall, I’m immensely pleased and will be ordering from then again.

I made a purchase was not very happy with it had no return receipt or anything in my package. This is totally unacceptable. I need someone to send me an email back wanting to know what happened and what was my purchase

Uoozee offers modern apparel and I have purchased from them two times. The clothing is legit nice quality. I would give them 5 stars if they were able to deliver faster! Quality pieces, nicely packaged.

I was apprehensive to shop at Ursime, but then I saw a beautiful piece and gave it a shot. They did not disappoint! Love their clothes!

I have purchased items from them before and I was very satisfied. The shirt was true to size and very cute.

I had read a few concerning reviews about the legitimacy of this company along with complaints about their customer service and fulfillment of their orders. Consequently, I was hesitant to purchase anything from them. But when I noticed that they are an Amazon provider I was a little less anxious about purchasing. The item that I purchased was not available in my size on Amazon so I purchased directly from Uoozee. In my opinion their customer service was excellent. After I'd placed the order I read customer reviews saying that the sizes were not accurate. I reached out to their customer service asking to change my size and within two days they notified me that they had made the change. Their projected shipping date was within two weeks and they delivered ahead of schedule. I would also say that the size in the particular item that I purchased was a true fit. Unfortunately it's too big for me because I read other people's reviews and changed my order to a larger size, but had I have stayed with my actual size it would have fit perfect (read the sizing chart). What I purchased was for a specific themed event, I was not looking for quality in the fabric, but I think the quality was a fair price for what I purchased. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

BEWARE!!! This company is a scam. The clothes are horrible quality and if you try to return, do you have to pay the shipping and customs fee, there is no one to speak to only email. They will not return your money. They need to be looked into because I’m not the only one that has been scammed by this company.
