The clothes I received are not of the same quality as they appear in the website photo.

Excellent clothes very unique design and comfortable.

I always get what I order. I’ve been scammed by some of these clothing companies. You do not receive what you think you are getting…fabric and design are inferior.
Uoozee clothing is quality. I have never had return anything I’ve ordered. I hope returning and item is easy.

The price on sale and the quality was worth the wait.

I ordered the kaki jecked with blk pois : in the description for the sale it was declared as denim. what arrived is copletely poliester also "aged" on the profiles. Not what I wanted. How can I proceed to send it back?

I love the clothes that I see on the website! I am happy that they offer plus sizes! The prices are great! The staff is very professional!

The product was not what I expected. It looked cheap and is made of Tee shirt material. I tried returning it and was only offered $6 for a $45 purchase. I will never purchase anything else from you and I will certainly let all my family, friends, and social media followers what a terrible product and customer service support.

Shipping delayed for a festival or some holiday? It will be almost a month since ordering . Had I known this purchase originated in China, I would have never. It is not disclosed on the site. It will never arrive in time for any event.

Horrible customer service! Dress extremely little after I order a size up. I was told I could receive a $8 refund on a $54 dress or sell it to someone. That’s bull crap! I have other DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE!
This is unexceptionable!

I noticed that once I placed my order, I had been charged for two of the exact same dresses in the exact same color. The orders were on two different pages. I had been charged $83 on one page and the page with two of the exact same dresses was $93. I immediately sent them an email asking them to cancel both of the orders. It has been five days and I still have not received a response! I have had to actually cancel my backcard in order for the money to be returned to my account. LESSON LEARNED!

I love the style of my outfit,still waiting on my other half of order,hope I love it as well.

Ordered nearly a month ago over £90 so not cheap !! Still waiting have emailed regarding item or refund I will start commenting on post saying don’t bother I did order issuing Klarna so I will be applying for a full refund worse online service I’ve ever used first bad review I’ve ever written but to say poor service is a understatement

The delivery took too long (1 month). The worst part is the quality of the clothing is quite poor. Don’t expect to get what appears to be the fabric or quality on the website AI photos because you will be very disappointed. I’ve decided based on other reviews that trying to return the stuff will be a big fat waste of time so they got me for a $200 order but I will never purchase from this company again. Beware when purchasing online from these obscure overseas companies!!

I love my suit is very comfortable and I can use everywhere I go , I bought many clothes at UOOZE and love the style

Easy to order, sizes are great. Clothes are made of fine fabric's. All are quality made clothes.
