I have now returned the parcel, which has been delivered to your warehouse through Leopard Courier. Kindly refund my amount. I have shared my account details on WhatsApp.I keep calling again and again to contact you, but my request is being passed from one person to another. The procedure is very long and complicated. Kindly do not damage your reputation; you are disappointing your customers by handling things this way.

It is very bad company they don’t respect customers I have been paid for 3 items and each time they say it is on the way and after a while they refund the money

Total scam....they canceled my order themselves. No reply to my email ....stay away. They just rob people and will disappear.

Unze London Pakistan is an extremely unprofessional brand. They don't respond to their customers at all. I ordered a pair of sandals on March 26, and they sent me one sandal in size 41 and the other in size 44 in one box— can you imagine such carelessness? Despite multiple attempts, they haven't responded anywhere.

Buy Two Pairs of shoes and pay online payment but no received any parcel send many complaints but no any answer no refund very bad customer service 😔 don't waste time and money
