Started working right away. Just went through a bad break-up in life and already had anxiety on top of it. Wake up more grounded , happier …life changing.

I’m a former US Army special operations forces soldier and suffered from TBI and PTSD on and off throughout my life. Recent changes in my life have created more anxiety from that PTSD than I’ve ever had before. I’ve tried several different things and several different contraptions but,KALM was the first product I actually felt a difference with within a week. I’m looking forward to see what happens as I continue to use this product. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially any soldiers suffering from PTSD. Veterans suicide is real get yourself some help.

Take it from the person who’s tried everything-this works. I am diagnosed with GAD, OCD, and depression. I’ve spent a lot of time and money trying things with little to no results. To this day, I am happy I gave Kalm a chance. I was skeptical at first but about a week into taking it, I noticed my symptoms were a lot better or easier to manage. It’s actually been really helpful for lowering my prescriptions so I can eventually fully be off. I can’t say enough amazing things about the customer service. James and his team are truly wonderful, encouraging, and care about the consumer.

I have a lot going on in my work and personal life which makes it challenging to battle the negative side effects of stress. KALM (ZEN) helps me mitigate those symptoms. Since I started taking this product, it’s helped me not only through mitigating my symptoms of anxiety, IBS, etc. it has helped me mentally be more aware to avoid the things that are causing excess stress and anxiety. I highly recommend this product.

Kalm is one of the few products I’ve used where results were definitive, and in a time when I really needed some definitive results. Two bottles in and I have experienced a significant reduction in generalized anxiety. Obviously, other lifestyle changes are necessary and this should be complementary to those (I.e. exercise, diet etc.), but Kalm provided a huge kickstart. Highly recommended!

I've tried several non prescription supplements for anxiety and stress but KALM is the 1st and only to actually deliver some relief for me. The changes were small and at first I questioned if it was working but after several weeks I certainly can notice a difference. There are situations I'd previously feel a level 10 of anxiety and not I'd say they're more around a 5-6 which is a huge improvement. I've also noticed improvements in brain fog, sleep quality, and overall motivation to compound the effects through excersize and a healthier lifestyle. James has been amazing at answering questions, checking in, and providing guidance. I would highly recommend giving this product a try if you are in need.

Kalm has changed my life I thought I could never feel normal again I just thought oh well I guess feeling anxious and depressed was just part of life now. But once I tried KALM little by little I just started to feel normal to the point being anxious and depressed was gone. I love this stuff! No grogginess no feeling of sedation just a feeling of KALM and Normal

I have been dealing with social anxiety for all my life which took away my joy and living life to it's fullest until I tried KALM. Now my mind is more focused and don't feel anxious to stepping out upon just a scoop of this product. I'm now much happier and confident than I used to. Everyone should give it a try it's good

I have tried many different products for anxiety. Some helped a little or not at all. I was skeptical trying Kalm but after reading the reviews decided to give it a try. I’m loving it! The anxious sensations, shortness of breath, heart racing are now almost non existent after taking Kalm. The first week I did feel tired/sleepy, but I spoke to owner James and he helped me put a plan in place to switch to 1/2 scoop at night so I would optimize my sleep. After a week I switched to full scoop in morning and no more tiredness! Excellent customer service- James responds right away to any questions you may have.

Great anxiety tool!! Kalm has been one of the few supplements that has helped me with my physical symptoms of anxiety for the past month.
I had tried multiple things and was trying to avoid going on medication. Kalm gives me peace of mind and helped me breathe through my strong anxiety feelings and gave me the strength to work on myself and focus on self care, my workouts and nutrition. I’ve recently tried kalm for about a week or a little over a week, now I’ll start with saying I bought this for being generally an anxious person. I’ve been an anxious person my entire life and also struggled with sleep for most my life. They go hand and hand. Then add in owning and running a business on top of all that and things can get a little heavy. So I took the jump and ordered it. I wasn’t expecting much, but to be honest. My sleep has insanely improved. I’m tired at night time and ready to go to sleep at a normal time (instead of being energized with anxious thoughts about the next day) -my wife has even noticed a Kalmer me, (see what I did there;) -Really neat stuff. I will 100% keep ordering to see more improvements in my daily anxious life. -if your like me and are just wired to be anxious then I would absolutely give this product a try. No if and or buts. Also James the owner reaches out personally which I thought was thoughtful and pretty cool. That goes to show he stands behind his product

Out of everything I have tried, this has been the best product to help with my anxiety and panic attacks. From the moment I started, I felt so calm and relaxed that I was able to laugh again and enjoy my day without experiencing any symptoms. It's like forgetting that you have anxiety.
