I would definitely have to say for the most part that this website/ service is pretty good. It honestly saved me a few times when I needed to fix an odd thing in a photo. Such as, in my younger years when it was popular I used to put stickers on all my pictures. I regret it now but anyway, not only did this site remove the sticker it also restored my photo to an almost new condition as if it was just taken. Saved me quite a few times this way. I am happy. I am usually weary when it comes to websites etc that is not US made etc due to bad expriences but they have really exceeded my expectations.
Yes they do answer too when you need help. So far twice I have had issues and needed help. Both times they responded and fuxed the situation.
