Hot water tank
Excellent! Very easy to order online, the water tank was a good price compared to others, I was told up to five working days for delivery but arrived well within that time, the tank looked good quality with good insulation, all up and running now, very pleased with this company, I would totally recommend (oh and delivery driver was very friendly)

Had to change a slightly unusual inlet control group. The lady I spoke to about the particular one I needed could not have been more helpful or done more to get the right part. You guys and gals rock !

Unvented products go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I had a part that looked like it was stuck in the Christmas post. I needed the part to get a job finished before the holidays kicked in. They resent the order on an overnight service at no cost to me. Both items arrived at the same time. One fitted one being returned to the company which again they paid for, the return,best service I have had all year. Will use again and let the plumber world know that there is someone who cares out there. Well done !!
