I made a purchase for a necklace and a bracelet with Unshinebar.

Unfortunately for me, my order was stolen inside the package during the delivery and I ended up with an empty package.
Unshinebar was really cooperative, quick responses and easy to work with for the filling of the complaints with the delivery company.
Eventually, after getting "ghosted" by said delivey company, Unshinebar offered to send me a new shipment of my original order. Which this time didn't get stolen. I hope that they will get compensation for the initial stolen shipment from the delivey company.

Anyways, my story shows how great their attention to customer is. They responded to my emails almost within the same day and are really concerned about customer satisfaction by disregarding their own interests and sending me a replacement shipment.

I will definitely go through them for my future jewelry needs.

Added bonus that compared to what i've seen out there for male jewelry, their selection is quite large while staying sober and not too expensive.

I am promised that a new bracelet will be shipped on Tuesday 12.6 because the first one broke after 2 days. Now no response to emails or chat, and still no track received.
What is happening with that company?

Saw them on an Instagram ad and was scared first if it's serious but I ordered and got the tracking just a few hours later and the necklace arrived the day after.
Really happy with that purchase, the quality

Good product, but too much time to receive it (1 month ?!!)

I have tried several times to contact the company by formular by their website and through email. I ordered 5 May and haven't gotten an email with tracking yet and customer service is not replying. It's been 11 days since I ordered.

Very cool chains and pendants in great quality. Shipping and delivery went very quickly and without problems.

Great shop! Navigation is super intuitive, checkout and payment went easy and quick. My chain (just a basic one, but they got more fashionable and flamboyant designs also) arrived few days later (i even got to choose it's length) in a nice little box. Quality is as good as it could be. No skin irritations, no stains. Clearly recommended!

Ordered a new chain and when it arrived broken (The whole metal piece structure just weren’t right, looked messy and one of the small metal rings were broken and straight up dangerous to take on) i took a picture and wrote an mail to their mail addresses from the website.
The first mail were sent 27.10.2022 but never received an answer. Copied the mail and sent a new one in case something had went wrong. I sent the new mail 02.11.2022, and first received a answer the 08.11.2022. Declining my complaint and states the chain are completely fine. With a broken metal piece wich can tear the skin???

Wrote back immediately the same day (still 08.11.2022) but never heard something again from the company.

Unusual bad costumer service who doesn’t answer on costumer emails and doesn’t care about costumers safety. Unreal…

Overall Unshinebar was a good experince, and the jewelry is very beautiful. Delivery time was The only flaw, and took a bit too long.

I bought a necklace with the compass and it was much better and more beautyfull then i ecspected the delivery was insanely fast to it was 4-8 days and 4 days later the necklace was in my mailbox it is very good quality to at first when i ordered them i didn t know if it was overpriced or not but it is truely worth every € i payed for it i rlly love this shop and will buy some more in the near future to :)

Easy ordering with many options. Good shipping and cool pendants. Good material and very cool chain options. I ordered the a chain with Snake pendant and oval chain. I'm wearing it all the time and it treats my skin good unlike other chain stores. I'm defently coming back to Unshinebar:)
