bad procedure
I had ordered the shoes at Black Friday and a did waiting for long time ago. Yesterday I did check the mailbox and they canceled my oder. I never get some mail or phone that somebody bring the item I ordered to my address. I’m so angry about the way they did.

Your order was flagged as possible fraud, which is why the order was not shipped straight away.
We tried a number of times to contact you with the details you gave but was unsuccessful in getting through, Subsequently the order was cancelled as fraudulent.
When you got in touch with us we explained the situation and a new order was made and shipped.
Sorry you feel the procedure is bad, its our policy to check all orders that are marked as possible fraud for the security of ourselves and the cardholders.

Poor customer service
Not next day delivery as site suggested. Contact telephone from confirmation email does not receive calls. When asked to cancel the order as hadn't arrived stated problems with mail planes and weather (the company is in Jersey). Offered no solution to cancelling the order other than waiting for it to arrive and then declining delivery and waiting up to 14 days for a refund. Then no reply to any further emails. Really poor customer service for a "high end brand"

SHIPPING.
We dispatched your order within 12 hours (the following morning), this was due to be delivered Saturday as per the service speed that we offer on all of our products. We are based in Jersey in the Channel Islands where all of our stock is held. We clearly state on our website that delays can happen (please see below)
**On occasions delays can happen due to weather conditions, customs clearance times or problems with the FedEx network. This is unfortunately out of our control, all orders sent via FedEx are prioritised and we endeavour to get them to you within the time frame.
On this occasion the inbound FedEx/Royal Mail plane was unable to land here in Jersey due to Fog surrounding the island, being a coastal airport, we are highly susceptible to weather disruptions with little warning.
CANCELLING/RETURNING THE ORDER.
At the time you contacted us we could see the package was already on the mainland and being prepped for delivery, we tried to give you a couple of options and explained what would happen with each, refusing delivery would save you time but may incur a delay in the item getting back to us, this is simply the information we receive from the FedEx/Jersey Post returns teams, the other option was to use our free-post address which can also take a number of working days to receive.
We are a small company and are unable to compete with the returns power some bigger companies you may have used, offer.
We want you to enjoy your experience shopping with us, we endeavour to ship and deliver items as fast as possible, I can only apologise for the experience you have had on this occasion but sadly this was a problem out of our control.

Fantastic find
Fantastic find. I'm currently enjoying a pair of UNSEEN trainers and the quality is very good. It is a solid construction and I don't need to break them in. I'm a size 8 and it fits perfect. A real find.
